Yeah. Nico Nico likes to glitch on telling you the time of events if you aren't logged in to set up your timezone.

Logging in, it's set up Thursday at 5am PST/ 6am MST/ 7am CST/ 8am EST.

I didn't look at the website. because there was no need to. You already posted the time and date from there. There's no other way to translate that.

Logging into Nico Nico tells you the actual time the event starts, and it matches time and date you posted (once you account for timezones).

Hit is a very big maybe though. Theres a lot of IF's when it comes to him. Unless they predicted people asking about Super characters for the game and began working on them before E3 or they started immediately after announcing the game, I dont see hit being available as a launch bonus. I still think he, Cabba, and Frost wont be seen until we got a possible U6 expansion pack sometime in December or January with Trunks and Goku Black next summer.
