Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Assuming Goku is using his normal Super Saiyan state in the recent chapter, these are my new multipliers for Goku and Vegeta:
Super Saiyan: x2
Super Saiyan 2: x3
Super Saiyan 3: x4
Super Saiyan Blue: x5
If it's just Blue, then my multipliers remain the same (x10 for SS and Blue).

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
wait why would it be a normal ssj state if anything like the fight with beerus back in bog it still should have god ki.Doctor. wrote:Assuming Goku is using his normal Super Saiyan state in the recent chapter, these are my new multipliers for Goku and Vegeta:

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
I thought in something similar:
Base God = 3
SSJ = 4,5 (1.5x increase)
SSJ2 = 9 (3x increase)
SSJ3 = 13,5 (4.5x increase)
SSGSS = 30 (10x increase)
But could SBG Goku still get a 50x boost by transforming into a regular SSJ?

I posted this in the other thread but since its leaked into here too..
We do not know yet and should likely wait for confirmation from the creators, but my opinion is that the SSB was alway a temporary form.
Just as Goku fully merged with God form and it became his base. I expect they would do the same with the SSB form, fully master it and it looks just like normal.
Remember when we were first introduced to SSB it was brand new for both. Since then they have had extensive training, allowing them to master the form in the same way they mastered the original SSJ form so that it now gives them the same appearance of base SSJ but still maintains the power level.
It's not a "going back" it's a progression brought on by it being mastered. If anything this would be more powerful than SSB according to this theory because it would be fully mastered and better controlled.

It doesn't have godly ki in the BoG fight, at least in Super where everyone senses Goku when he reverts. In the movie they just say he reverted to an SSJ but the movies treating it like he's just always got godly ki after the ritual.pacz360 wrote:wait why would it be a normal ssj state if anything like the fight with beerus back in bog it still should have god ki.Doctor. wrote:Assuming Goku is using his normal Super Saiyan state in the recent chapter, these are my new multipliers for Goku and Vegeta:

Frieza in his Final Form, Botamo and Frost in his First Form.
How would you rank them?

Are we talking about movie Freeza or Super Freeza here? Because Super's Freeza is a lot stronger.Bullza wrote:Freeza in his Final Form, Botamo and Frost in his First Form.
How would you rank them?
Goku: 73,000
-- U6: 82,000
--- SSB: 820,000
Freeza, final form: 73,000
-- Movie version: 25,000
Frost: 25,000
-- Third form: 75,000
-- Final Form: 850,000
Botamo: 35,000
Probably something like this.

How can Frost be that weak? In his first form he keep up with Goku and was superior to him on his third form.Doctor. wrote:Are we talking about movie Freeza or Super Freeza here? Because Super's Freeza is a lot stronger.Bullza wrote:Freeza in his Final Form, Botamo and Frost in his First Form.

In his first form he was severely outclassed and in his third form he was only "superior" to Goku because Goku hadn't warmed up yet, according to himself.Zombie wrote:How can Frost be that weak? In his first form he keep up with Goku and was superior to him on his third form.

He did? OK then yeah those numbers are alright.Doctor. wrote:In his first form he was severely outclassed and in his third form he was only "superior" to Goku because Goku hadn't warmed up yet, according to himself.Zombie wrote:How can Frost be that weak? Was Frost really in his final form or the "Golden" form Freeza used?
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Final form, I'm guessing, since Goku says that's the one he's used to seeing.Zombie wrote:He did? OK then yeah those numbers are alright.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Frost is ridiculously more powerful than Freeza then.
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Probably. I'm assuming Goku's using Super Saiyan Blue (since, frankly, that's what makes sense), but if he's using normal Super Saiyan, than maybe he's not that strong? I'm not sure, I guess the anime will clear things up.
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
So Goku wasn't fighting seriously in his base form against Botamo or Frost?
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
He probably was but for Botamo, he couldn't hurt him so powering up would be irrelevant and his base can't cut it for Frost.Bullza wrote:So Goku wasn't fighting seriously in his base form against Botamo or Frost?

I mean, against Botamo he dodges his attacks pretty effortlessly, against first form Frost, he's keeping up with ease while Frost is sweating, and against third form Frost he has a bit more trouble but he still manages to get up with no damage after one of Frost's attacks. So it seems like Goku was pretty much toying with both of them, even though Frost's third form is probably around base Goku's strength level.Bullza wrote:So Goku wasn't fighting seriously in his base form against Botamo or Frost?
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
I see no problem in the new chapter.My PL list and Multiplier still works.
Post God SSj : 1.25x Base
SSjBlue : 1.5x Base
I don't think SSj2 or SSj3 is even a thing now.

Has it even been confirmed that that was Super Saiyan in the latest chapter and not just Super Saiyan Blue?
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Nope.But the episode 33 is titled as ''This is Super Saiyan Goku'' and Goku's hair in the chapter is also different compared to the previous ones where he was Blue.Bullza wrote:Has it even been confirmed that that was Super Saiyan in the latest chapter and not just Super Saiyan Blue?

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Heroes material just leaked (I'm compiling for the thread). Shows Champa Arc Goku as a regular Super Saiyan, so I don't think it's a mistake here.
