One day I happened to find the receipt to my last purchase, and since I had a bit of free time on my hands I decided to post it. I circled "cash tend" to confirm my story of why I had to purchase the set in cash... it's a loooong story. The Tori-bot wrote:Do forgive my ignorance, but... what exactly am I supposed to notice here?
Edit: Ahh crap! I didn't even realize that I was double posting when I posted this. I was just sifting through the previous pages and just posted from there without seeing that no one had posted since my last post in this thread. My bad.
I just got one of the figures from that set from my neighbors aunt in Japan. I posted some pictures of it and its packaging in this postin the other thread full of Dragonball crap.

Part 2 of this question: why did you burn it? Was it incrimitating in some way?
I like long stories.
Might as well note that my most recent purchase was... shit... what was it? Sparking! METEOR, I think? Wow, a whole year.
Well, I know for a fact that Santa will arrive with Burst Limit anyway.

OK, basically it started out in some other thread with me mentioning how my parents don't really approve of my love of Dragonball, so buying stuff through them or with their knowledge/approval is out of the question and darn near impossible. So when I made my next purchase (DBZ season 4) I mentioned it in the "What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?" thread, and on a side note, noted how I had to ride my bike all the way to Wall-Mart (I was not and am still not at the age where I can legally get my license) and pay with cash to get 32 cropped and "faux" remastered episode for 35 bucks. The Tori-bot wrote:Sorry, still don't really get it. ^^;SSj_Rambo wrote:One day I happened to find the receipt to my last purchase, and since I had a bit of free time on my hands I decided to post it. The reason I posted the receipt was... well there was no real reason. I just felt like it and there was an active thread where it would fit in, so I did it. 1) I circled the title of my purchase because I thought it would be a little hard to notice since it was all abbreviated. 2) I noted that I paid with cash to confirm what I could of my story.
And the reason I burned the receipt was because (like I said) I would probably get in trouble if my parents found it... and I like burning stuff more than simply putting things in the garbage.
Basically that's all there is to it.

I saw this very plushie at Collectormania today. I wanted it so, but it was £6, and my buddy was quite adamant that he would not be seen walking around with me while I was carrying that.Kaze no Mune wrote:Complete Illustrations and this (DB era) Goku plushie I got Sunday.

Ah, well. Saw a Death Note at the same stall, too. Asked the dealer his name.
