Hatchihyack has been in since set 2, and he's now getting all his forms. Took them like 14 sets just to give Zarbon his transformation too. There is always a chance of anything in Heroes.

No, GM10 won't even cover the dragons, it's Plan to Eradicate the (Super) Saiyans. Also, seeing how they stretched Bebi over 4 sets, they could easily do the same with the dragons by only including 2 per set or something. Plus we have Movie 2, the JSAT, GT+100, Neko Majin Z, and various other films or parts of the series they could revisit to scrounge up more characters.

The October issue is offering a promotion where all readers who send in the included entry form and a ¥300 postal money-order will receive a special “Adult Gotenks Ultimate Pack”, consisting of three cards compatible with an upcoming “new chapter” of Dragon Ball Heroes that will launch in November. The three cards are “Son Goku: GT” with “Card Action Ability: Change” allowing him to become Super Saiyan 4, and “Son Goten: GT” and “Trunks: GT”, whose “Card Action Ability: Fusion” allows the two of them to fuse into an adult version of Gotenks. The catch-copy included with the promotion states that he is the “super fused warrior who holds the key to the New Chapter”, but it is not yet clear what this “new chapter” is; Galaxy Mission 10 will debut in September, but nothing has been announced yet for after that. Along with these three cards, the pack will also include an “Ultimate Victory Book” booklet containing a special Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission comic that will explain how adult Gotenks came to be.

Gotenks is the key to a "new chapter" of Heroes launching in November. That isn't how they usually market the new sets/missions. So it kinda seems like they are going to do something big for what would be GM11 or whatever happens in November. Have to wait and see.

Oh, and Victory Mission is going to explain this new Gotenks in a special chapter. I hope Julian sent away for it to catalog it for the site.

This is a list I compiled of every single playable character in the game, to the best of my knowledge and up to date.

I guess the Shadow Dragon Arc will be GM11 and GM12. For Hero Legacy, I guess that could be GM14 if they do a set based on DBZ Movie 2 after the Shadow Dragon arc.

Or not? They did jump from Baby to Garlic so there's no telling what GM11 will be. I don't think they will cover the Dragons any time soon.

They'll waste time. We'll see Dr. Wheelo before the Shadow Dragons. They might also do another set centered around Bojack just to give him his base form and Gokua his transformed state, just like they're doing with GM10 for Hatchiyack's Playdia transformations.
