I liked this outfit Bra had wore prior to entering her match with Cold. Too bad it didn't stick around for long.

Well if Bra thinks that Perfect Cell level is good training in her base form I guess the means the Super Goku and Vegeta stomp her.

I find them both unlikable, so I don't really care who wins, although I think Bra edges out King Cold a little in which one I want to be defeated. And Bra always looks like a psycho in this comic, especially her Super Saiyan 2.

Well, this comic was made long before Battle of Gods so that couldn't be helped. Although, recent material does makes Goku's comment unintentionally funny and shrilling around Bra looks even more ridiculous.

This...erhm...form of King Cold is like nearly every other form in the franchise that makes the user larger and bulkier. Here's the page that shows the entire form.

Even without the intense gravity, this form is going to be slower because of how large and bulky it is. It's more or less like Cell's version of SSJ Grade 3 + Great Namek combo he tried using against SSJ2 Gohan. Kind Cold right now has massive power yeah, but trying to attack with a lot of speed is going to be reeeeeally difficult on his part. The intense gravity of the ring only makes this worse for him. On the contrary, he's at least durable enough now to take Bra's attacks without suffering a lot (if any) damage. In simpler terms, he's become a Mighty Glacier: powerful and bulky, but incredibly slow.
