You know you're obsessed with Dragon Ball when you start thinking about a scenario where Bulma flashes her boobs to the main villains, and they lose so much blood that they die from excessive blood loss. I was thinking more along the lines of everyone fighting together... and it actually amounting to something. I mean, think about it, almost all the big fights are one-on-one... Goku vs. Taopaipai, Goku vs. Tenshinhan, Goku vs. Piccolo-Daimao, Goku vs. Piccolo Jr., etc. Even against Freeza, no more than one person fights at a time, except for a few short bursts where Gohan and Piccolo (and sometimes Kuririn) work together for all of thirty seconds.
What I have in mind is something more like the Raditz fight, or the (second half of the) Vegeta fight. A legitimate team effort.

I bet it's just probably not as popular as Weekly Jump in terms of scans (not too many manga series run in V Jump if my older issues of it are anything to go by) and that's why there aren't any leaks yet.
I'm hoping that the time zone difference (for where I am, Japan's like half a day ahead of me, so it's Monday afternoon there right now) will cut about an extra day's wait off the countdown time for many countries.
It would be fantastic if scans appear by some time tomorrow though. *_*

Looks like http://www.dragonball2013.com/ has its first official update since August. No info that's not already on the Kanzenshuu main page, but for anyone looking for a nice render of the movie's official title for Photoshop purposes or otherwise, it's there.
As with Shounen Jump Japan's site, the Japanese language version of the site is being updated first, so the "news" text isn't on the English version's yet.

Yeah, I'd say either have everyone (Goku included, not charging an attack on the sidelines) fight together to actively keep the baddie preoccupied until an opening can be found for Goku to deliver the final blow (he is the main hero), or go the Hatchihyack route and have everyone actually wipe out the threat together with a combined attack.Cipher wrote:And, honestly, for the sort of all-cast grand return this movie seems to be, that may be the route to go.

That luffy and naruto always do the finishing off. I'd be perfectly fine with it if those series mixed it up a little. Like Toriyama did in the Cell saga. He was well on his way in the buu saga too, but yeah then the spirit bomb happened. But you could argue that Vegeta and even Satan there were equally important. If they do something like that in the movie I'd be fine with it. Vegeta, Gohan and Goku should have equally important roles in the fight. But it will ultimately probably end up in Goku finishing it off, which couldn't have happened without the rest. I'd rather not have the Gt style fight where everyone's just there watching Goku.
