Translated to English it means: I do not know you, but I know your Sayan friend.
The english translation should have "sayan" before "friend" to sound better. Instead they left the "sayan" exactly where it is in the french sentence.
It makes so much more sense when put that way. I guess I'm just not good at reading shoddy French translations
