So what in particular is the problem with Yoka Yoka Dance other than the light tone (and even then, just read the lyrics)?

Well, only other characters refer to him as "Goku Black". The character himself goes by "Son Goku". I assume fusion names run on the logic of given names considering Vegetto uses Kakarotto. So... Gomasu? I'm also assuming the name he uses is genuine, of course.

Is there a "correct" way to call him? I call him Black Goku or just Black, but the majority of users on here and other places use Goku Black, which doesn't sound quite right to a native English speaker such as myself.

We know who everyone is referring to, so the examples you used are fine in my Namekian Book. I'm just adding in my piece to be detailed. I use "Goku Black" because it's the first name used in official material. That's a preference for myself.

Well I guess the correct thing to call him would be "Son Goku" for now because that is what he calls himself. However that would be confusing on epic levels. Personally Goku Black sounds fine to me but I think all forms are acceptable IMO

To be fair, Gotenks is a child and has the worst traits of Goten and Kid Trunks mixed together, which often result in him making stupid decisions and completing the fusion time Gotenks usually has.

Does anyone else think that in the end Goku will defeat Zamasu and Trunks will defeat Black?

SsjB wasn't enough to scratch either of them so I doubt a Ssj2 or 3 at most will be able to do it.

I think Goku and Vegeta will need a new form in order to take them down.

Because seeing Goku and Vegeta fuse is awesome, and something we hardly see. It's only happened once in a movie, once in the Z, and once in GT. It's always cool to see the big leads combine together to form a super powerful boss.

Neither Goten or Trunks is even close to the strength of Gotenks...it multiplies their strength insanely to get to a level where tiny children were competing with Buu and very confident they could win. Of course they are ALWAYS confident but that time it looked like it had merit.

A fusion between Goku and Vegeta...or even one of the two with Trunks would have an unimaginable power level IMO

I just feel like it'll be a cheap way to win the fight. It would be so much better if they had an actual battle strategy and worked together and it would feel a lot more satisfying too just like in the Buu arc what we got was a whole lot better than Vegetto smacking the hell outta Buu.

It's not really cheap though. It's a fair technique only used in extreme situations, and not something they can pull out of their bums all the time. Unlike Goten and Trunks, they don't rely on fusion to get stronger. It's used in the most crucial of no win situations. By not using it, it feels even dumber as it's a skill that likely would help, but apparently dying is better than using it.

I agree. It's not something they should pull out all the time. It should be an event more than just another typical fusion like Gotenks became. Hence why when there's no other options, it should be used. It's again not something either of them want to do, as they want to win on their own. When push comes to shove, and there is no other way, it should be used. If it were to come back, I'd like it towards the end of the series as fusion between Goku and Vegeta, feels like an end game level of power.

I'm not much of a fan of fusion; the extra power at the cost of character interaction isn't worth it to me (I'd rather see Gokû and Vegeta banter back and forth than have the super-balanced Vegetto or Gogeta handle everything).

I think people would like fusion a lot more if there were a character worthy of challenging it. For instance if Zamasu and Black did fuse using the Potara Earrings can anyone tell me that wouldn't be an epic fusion battle? I agree it shouldn't be used all the time but this scenario has been set up to where it could really work plot wise.

"Goku Black" is his official name. He calls himself "Son Goku" and other characters call him "Black".

If they use fusion, I hope they use it in the way it was used in the Buu arc.

It was a factor but it wasn't used to win the day. That way we get a fun fight but it doesn't feel like a cheap solution.
