Believe me, I kinda don't want him to have the form, would rather just him become stronger in other ways. However to say he's not eligible to achieve Blue because his hair is, well, blue already isn't exactly plausible.

In-verse absolutely you are right but out-verse I think that's a good enough reason. Vegeta didn't get SSG because it wouldn't look good on him. Toriyama completely swept it under the rug gave us SSGSS and told us to go with it. Super then went around and did some BSery to give us a sort of explanation. All seemed like a lot of effort when they could have just had Vegeta do the ritual and absorb like Goku.

OH in design terms!! Yeah I can see the point you're making. Personally I feel like SSJB has too much of a green undertone to it's blue that would make it stand away from Trunks' base hair color. To even help (if he were to even get the form) they could probably give him ANOTHER outfit to compliment it too.

Still... like I said I really don't want him to achieve Blue. SSJG would be nice tho...

If Trunks is to get a new form I would rather him get the regular Super Saiyan God. It would make sense since they are back in the past that the guys could do the ritual since they are so outmatched, Trunks is not as stuck up as Goku and Vegeta on not getting help to get stronger, so he would go with it plus it would be cool to see, since he would be the only one who would have it and based on his history on not getting Super Saiyan 3 but powering up 2, I could see him not getting Blue and making God his own, without the ritual. However, I would have it be his Super Saiyan hair, not his base one, since it would frankly just look better.

Volume 2 figures in the line will consist of Black and SS2 Trunks due out in March. Doesn't look like he's going to get SSGSS then.

Yeah I think SSG would look better than SSGSS and will have a better awe because it distinctly would look a lot different and if they spike his hair up a bit in SSG too (sort of between Base and SS I guess) I think that would look really good. But I doubt that's the case with the limitations and required Saiyans etc.

A Black figure in general will absolutely be a hot item which I for one will want to buy. It really could be a indicator of trunks not getting SSB because we did have images with leaked figures for RoF and I believe for BoGs too that showed new transformations plus with the episode titles it could be out of question. They probably don't want to saturate the series by giving everyone a transformation. Black's was necessary just because of him getting stronger by fighting.

For the record, I found that the "green undertone" derives from the footage source. It's never meant to have that gleam when you view the episode in its highest quality. I discovered the differences from the Animation Catalogue when the sources were compared. It really confused me why I never saw green like everyone claimed.

As for Super Saiyan God, while I like it, it doesn't make too much sense in-universe. I understand that Future Trunks is pragmatic, but the timer for that power still isn't that long. It's more efficient to train him to utilize god ki for himself.

We were on the same page it seems. I never take into account colors from streams/youtube videos. Only RAWs.

I grabbed the base color of the hair in this screenshot, which gave me the hex number 00ACBA. Reviewing the page you can see how much green is present. There's definitely green undertones to the blue. (67.5% green and 72.9% blue)

I even went ahead and grabbed Trunks' base blue from your catalogue screencaps, which is 6BB4DF, and the SSJB base color when they're wrapped in their aura 3FF7FF. While there is some small green inside the hair color with the aura, it isn't very noticeable at first glance.

Well, for what it's worth, they're written in actual, comprehensible Japanese, unlike those 10 painfully fake "titles" that "leaked" recently. Not that that means they're definitely legitimate, since there have been titles that seemed real before that turned out to be incorrect. But since it's close to when the magazine leaks would usually happen, it's highly likely that they're real.

And so, time to (tentatively) speculate! Are Beerus and Whis the ones who set off to protect Gowasu? We saw in the next episode preview that they know Zamasu went to see Zunou, so perhaps they travel to Universe 10 to protect his mentor, since they suspect Zamasu's up to no good (especially after Gokuu and co. tell them what happened in the future). And the second part of the title ("destroy Zamasu!") definitely sounds like Beerus is involved. So I wonder how that'll all pan out...assuming Zamasu still needs to obtain the time rings and green earrings we saw him with in the future, how will he achieve those things if Beerus and Whis are there? I suppose if he comes back immortal, they might have trouble stopping him...it would be a huge shock if he actually killed them, but maybe he'll at least manage to knock them out, then continue on with his plot.

They've hinted many times before at revealing Black's identity, so with that being in the title of episode 60, they better fucking do it finally With 58 talking about a "deep mystery", I doubt we'll learn much there, so I'm putting all my hopes on 60! I feel like I've been doing this for every episode that even had the slightest hint of telling us more about him, but please! Make it true this time! I can't take it anymoooore

And 61, where Zamasu reveals his "zero human plan"...wonder what else that episode will have, since yeah, it's pretty obvious even before this "revelation" that that's his goal. At some point during this arc, I'm 1000% hoping for a shot of him smiling evilly and declaring, "according to plan" (and I realized recently that I think I love Zamasu mostly because I see him as an evil little shit, just like Light was)

Will await summaries for more information, though since I'm greatly enjoying going into these episodes mostly blind, I kinda hope they're vague...I want to be surprised when I watch it!

I don't know. Seems kind of on the nose. The use of passive, present-tense modifiers in the second and third titles also seems a little uncharacteristic. But as far as I can tell it's not impossible(?) these are real. Will have to wait for Herms or Emma to confirm.

People might as well provide the 2ch links when things like this go up, by the way. It'd be a lot easier to verify if we had a source and responses. Also, if you find them and can read enough Japanese to get around 2ch, provide translations and thoughts?

I hope Zamasu can kill Gowasu, he was created to die.
if those are real then it means we are close to the end because all mysteries are being revealed and only we have to get the final fight, maybe by 64 or 65 the arc will end, or who knows? I wish it can continue up to 72 or even more.

How is in two episodes fast? If anything that is perfect, they spent too much time in the present last time and as a result the arc grinded to a halt.

Them training would make no sense. Zamasu is an immortal who won't die no matter how strong they become and Black gets stronger every time he fights. So them leveling grinding won't give them any real benefit. I also don't see Trunks becoming a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan since it seems Toriyama is trying to make that form special and not everyone can get it, much like Super Saiyan 3 where only Goku and Gotenks got it.

I just really want to know what situation causes Goku to jump for joy in the preview for the next episode. It had better be something REALLY good because he just got done being super serious in an apocalyptic future where an angry immortal god wants to kill him.

I've said this on here a long time ago, and with each episode coupled with the new information coming out it looks like its turning out to be true.
Gowasu's days are severely numbered, and his end will be coming in the near future.
