Oh lord...do I really want to set him up against them? I thought the point was to NOT make him as much of a pedophile in the dub. o.O

Wait...is Zarbon officially stated to be gay, or is that just fanon? Cuz if it's true, I fear for if I put him up against Blue.

I think it's just fanon; in fact, in the Saiyan What If, he keeps on implying he's going to have "fun" with Seripa once the fight's over.

Though gay or not, both he and Blue are definite narcissists.

He obviously meant they were going to go shoe shopping with Frieza.

*snrk* I'm sure.

Hmm...Blue is a bit odd. I've put him up against every 'kid' in the game and the only one he acts creepy toward is Trunks. Poor Trunks, he needs to be with his Goten to cheer him up.

Blue also has a very strange dialogue and victory quote against GT Kid Goku.

I played against someone online and the lag was as terrible as Sparking Meteor's. I got my ass kicked pretty badly too :(

Meteor had online play?

Wii version does.

Someone at GameFAQs has been busting Nintendo's chops on a daily basis. They're aware of the lag and are working on it.

Looked at the DVD that came with my game for shits and giggles. Looks like they still managed to leave in an error for that Top 10 list.

"Super Buu VS Super Vegeta"

Clicking it goes to Vegetto as a piece of candy fighting Boo.

...What?

Sorry to backtrack, but I just did 'General Blue V.S. Kid Trunks' and yeah...I'm with Trunks.

Trunks: Whoa! I think it just got cold in here!

And if the openings weren't bad enough, if you win as General Blue it's enough to make your eye twitch.

Gen. Blue: Now you're mine, *laughes evily/disturbingly*

o.O;;

I'm actually doing pretty good in Hard mode. After I master Hard, which might take a few weeks, I'll move on to Very Hard. :D
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Fan of Dragon Ball Z and various other Anime since '98! ^^

Trunks just has that effect on gaydar. It's like looking at the Sun with night-vision goggles.

How is the lag in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 compared to what other (few) online games there are for the Wii?

I don't think anything I have offers online play, so my experience online has just been Check Mii Out, Everybody Votes, etc... where lag is irrelevant. I'm wondering if Nintendo's servers simply aren't up to snuff, and won't be for a while. I didn't get my DS until Mario Kart was out... and I was going to say that they had time to get the WiFi servers working, but I think that was the first game to really take advantage of it, and it worked out fine back then...

Hrmm...

In comparison to Mario Strikers Charged which works fine from the 2 games I played online with it, BT3 is as sluggish as a turtle.

I await our inevitable showdown Mike!

The lag in Meteor is probably the worst I've encountered on the Wii when compared to Pokemon: Battle Revolution, Guitar Hero III and Mario Strikers Charged.

Hopefully they'll get the lead out and fix it.

Which gives him even more of a reason to be with his Goten instead. ;)

As I just indicated on the home page, IGN has put up their review of the game. I agree with it absolutely 100%. Also as stated in our update, it's pretty much a mirror of what you've heard on the podcast. Their score is an 8.0.

Yeah that more or less also sums up my feeling on the game, in fact, playing it I started to feel like I was playing a sports game. I was like "This isnt bad but theres some losses and pluses form the last one, an overall net."

Wheras BT2 was an amazing experience for me this one us not as impressive. But it certainly isn't bad either.

Don't know when I'll get the game but thought I'd ask, how do they pronounce Arale's name in the game?
