How is possible Goku and Vegeta training in the RoSaT again? Any explanations?

Goku still had a year left. As for Vegeta, I dunno, but he can easily bust his way out like Gotenks and Boo, or Goku can use IT.

I love the designs.The purple guy looks awesome, I'm glad that the supposed Saiyan is a kid/small, the Freeza lookalike doesn't bother (he/she kinda looks like Froze from DB Heroes and my character on Xenoverse right down to the blue color), the Pooh bear looks funny and like Bepo from One Piece's cousin and the robot is probably my favorite of them, kinda looks like Robo from Chrono Trigger and The Iron Giant fused or something. Mystery 5th's fighter's tits/nipples are hilarious and I expected a funny design for him. Zuno looks funny as well; I wonder if Toriyama likes Modok from Marvel Comics, this is the 2nd character behind Freeza that's in a hovering chair that I remember.

Imagine if Beerus' team loses, we'd be seeing truckloads of new characters in Earth's new universe.

Which may be just the perfect plot device for the next 10 years of TV show. Endless possibilites of new OP villains, more Saiayns available to be pulled out at will (without having to develop "another survivor" nonsense every time), new "old" Kaios/Kaioshins etc etc. All while Earth would be unaffected and most of old characters would stay just as they were

Not like we dont have any at all. Heroes even went up to SSJ3 with them. Just because Toriyama didn't design them doesnt mean they dont exist.

Wauw. What a huge disappointment, shit. I at least expected a minimum of two badass and aesthetic looking characters. The purple guy is cool, but the rest? Hell nah. A huge robot, a fat and plain looking bear, a blue Frieza and ... a Saiyajin kid with the same hairstyle as Gohan. Looks like Toriyama is out of ideas when it comes to hairstyles.

Damn it. RoSaT as a good plot device back in the Android Arc, I was expecting something more original, isn't Whis training enough? Both Saiyans will train but how about Piccolo? Seems weird.

Kudos again to the 5th guy. Such a surreal joke; the strongest non-god in our Universe, looks plain except for his nipples - insert booing sound effect -, it's pretty great. Mr.Toriyama doing what he does best.

Goku explained to Gohan when they went in that being there completely cuts themselves off from the outside. He had Gohan try sensing Cell's ki and he couldnt so once you go in the room, you cant sense anything out of it.

The RoSaT isn't something they can use to increase their power massively anyway. The conditions aren't harsh anymore considering the level of power they're at, and if they stay there for a long time, they'll just get older and older. It's only really useful for quick and small boosts in power in a narrow time window like the one they were given.

Diversity is great but really, couldn't U6 Saiyan at least get a different hairstyle? Couldn't U6 Freeza look more unique? Cooler looked like Freeza's race yet still unique. Purple Cell doesn't look particularly good either, too much of a mash-up of old design elements. And the Nipple guy will forever be known as the Nipple guy because that's the only memorable thing about his design

The Freeza guy is like that on purpose though, just like Champa and Vados. Goku and Vegeta comment on his appearance, so it's not like Toriyama is ripping off Freeza and calling him a completely different, unrelated character. Plus, he may look difference once/if he transforms.

You can't mistake Champa with Beerus. It's is an "easy/cheap" design trick just to make 1 fatter than the other? Yep but effective. They look instantly distinct. Same with gender swap between Whis and Vados. But then we have U6 Kaioshins that look different yet similar just enough.

U6 Freeza is not different enough. Not a good design. Nothing more to that, either there's something in it that makes it distinct enough to be instantly recognizable as different character or there isn't. Remember Goten note in EOZ manga chapter? "I gave adult Goten different haircut to make him distinct". Per Toriyama himself so yes, he does know it has to be done. He just doesn't apply it in all cases which is unfortunate.

alien races allways are potrayed like that they look all similar to each other unlike the human race.

So only three characters from U6 are lazy knock offs of guys who already exist (Champa, Vados and U6 Freeza), the rest look alright but Nipples is meh. I know Toriyama wants the strongest guys to look simple and weak, but Nipples is just fugly to me.

Hardly. Metallic form for Cooler was hugely distinctive because it covered his entire body.

But isn't RoSaT primitive compared with Whis training? Couldn't they still train with him? Feels like a completely preventable plot hole to me.
