I actually have a few of these kind of toys, but they're different from the ones pictured. I have a Tenshinhan, a Goku (DB, blue outfit), and a Gohan (wearing crazy safari clothes, possibly from movie 3)

I recognize this Goku figure.. because.. I have him! His unusually small feet and hair. The Goku with the cloak is actually the small Goku from the "Secret Saiyan Warrior" figures by Irwin Toys. You know, the terrible series of figures that slipped inside rubbery bodies of their transformed selves? Lol.

I'm not sure why they felt the need to give him a cloak, but he's not rare and Irwin never released a "cloaked Goku figure." So this seller is trying to make a buck, I assume. :] Either way.. it is indeed a bizaaaarrre idea.. and I hope nobody has paid for it. It's like that god-awful fabric cloak Jakks included with Bojack. It should have been plastic.

Well they ran out of fighting girls when they made 18 White Queen. And as far as I'm concerned, Princess Snake is the best part of that whole set! It's hilarious.
