Well, just warning you ahead of time... it's gonna be a good amount of work. It's not going to be like an AMV. Let me restate for everyone's sake what this job will require...QuantumDestiny wrote:Oh! Ok then, well I can edit any time if you need me! I'm almost finished a short DragonBall AMV so you can soon see if I'm good enough to be on the production XD!
- Editing the "video" is actually a bit misleading, since most of the work is going to be with audio. The Video Editor's job will be that of properly inserting the multiple types of audio (Dialogue, Sound Effects, and Background Music) into wherever they belong on the already-existant footage.
- Whoever's in charge of Audio will have the job of gathering up the audio, and cleaning it up. I believe Tenken, with his apparently impressive home audio equipment, will be able to do this for us. He'll then provide what he's worked with to the Video Editor, along with some sort of guide or script as to where things go. Obiously, he should try to give it in a manner that will make the video editing go smoothly.
- Also, the Video Editor should be able to put out the "final product" in a good quality. Since this is merely for the enjoyment of those on the board, and probably won't (or shouldn't) end up anywhere like Ou-yayUbe-tay, I'm thinking those of us involved might want to burn it onto DVDs or something in the end. So we should aim to end up with something that is visually good-looking.
Needless to say, doing this for 50-something minutes of footage is going to be a lot of work, which is why I suggested that it should be at least a two-person job. But as this is practically the last thing to be done for the project, everyone who's participated up to that point would try their best to make the Video Editor's job easier.
