I don't get it. Black is clearly misguided, so why doesn't anyone just sit him down and have a talk?

I'm sure a Naruto-style speech and a friend would change him for the better. He's basically Shadow the Hedgehog before Amy chatted with him.

But no... too many meat heads in this series.

I mean Gowasu's been trying that approach with Zamasu... doesn't end up well.

Agreed! I wonder if we're approaching the end to the Future Trunks saga. If present Zamasu was to killed later this week or the next, then I believe both Black and future Zamasu will also be defeated quickly after.

He still didn't have god ki since people like Piccolo, Trunks, and Krillin could sense him, and we know god ki can't be sensed by them, as seen with Trunks and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegeta.

I think that's been retconned already. People take this way too seriously if you ask me. Black could still easily be a god.

I have personally begun to wonder if Black is also Zamasu. What I mean is, in one timeline Zamasu was more interested in becoming a supreme god and wished for immortality while in another he developed an obsession with Goku and wished to become Black. Then they stole their respective time rings and just happend to turn up in Trunks's universe together.

It wasn't retcon. Trunks couldn't sense Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan and that happened just in Episode 54.

I have grown to Yoka Yoka Dance, and it´s quite ironic how the darkest Arc so far has the most cheerful ending. xD
But i´m all into getting something new, too. xD

Yeah a new OP would be great, too.
Maybe after a possible Timeskip, like in Z? But also it could be, like in GT and they stick with one the entire run. But we can´t say for sure now.

He have Goku's Ki as implied by a vague line by Beerus, so his Ki can be sensed because it's not 100% divine Ki. Why Black have divine Ki is because his Ki is similar to Zamasu, who is a god. Also, having divine Ki doesn't necessarily make you a God, take Super Saiyan Blue Goku/Vegeta for example.

The bolded part entirely contradicts your argument. Zamasu is a God, so his Ki cannot be sensed going by Kaio's statement. Kaio only told Goku that the Ki of the Gods can't be sensed by mortals, Kaioshin and Kaio are still Gods. East Kaioshin not being sensed by mortals was already established back in the Majin Boo Arc. It was implied multiple times that Zamasu is going to be a Kaioshin.

I didn't contradict myself. Kais can be sensed by mortals, or at least all the Z-Fighters. Goku never had a problem sensing King Kai or the Supreme Kai. He didn't know it was impossible to sense truly divine ki until he met Beerus. Also, Goku could sense the Supreme Kai, otherwise he would have said he couldn't sense him at the tournament and wouldn't have been so shocked at his inability to sense Beerus.

Goku's base form and other Super Saiyan forms don't have god ki at all. It was never said or implied that he did. He may have absorbed godhood, but it only made his regular ki stronger. So, there is no confirmation that you need a certain percentage of god ki to be unsensible.
