I'm guessing, based on the NEP for #59, that Goku fights Zamasu some, and later on Beerus just destroys him without any fight.

It sucks they're most likely going to kill off Zamasu this quickly, and possibly this might be a sign the saga will end soon afterward. However, I hope whatever happens pays off.

We'll still have Future Zamasu, Present Zamasu wasn't really much of a threat at this point in time. Also, Bulma seeing her son's future is going to be one of the darkest moments in this saga.

I agree. Future Trunks is a great character and I would love to see him around after the saga ends. Maybe we can explore more of his character with his present counterpart and Goten, train with Gohan, and so forth.

Maybe she figures out something, ala remote control against the Androids. I wouldn't mind something like that at all. I'm pretty sure she could come up with something much better than a rice cooker for Zamasu to live in.

I hope Future Trunks sticks around, I'm going to guess Mai will die in the future and then he'll have no reason to be there. Everyone would just mistake Trunks and Future Trunks as brothers! Would be interesting to see how he interacts with everyone during peaceful times. I just don't get why Goten is being kept away, unless he has a key role here.

I'm really banking on him being Universe 10's God of Destruction with the power to control/inhabit the bodies of others who was the one who corrupted Zamasu. He was a North Kaio for Kami knows how long, him becoming a Supreme Kai might have been the master plan from the start.

Future!Trunks has no reasons to remain in a timelines that´s not his own, and unless the next arc involves some kind of time travel shenanigans, this will be his last appearence in the plot.

Maybe the next arc can have Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks and Cabba in Universe 6 getting the Super Dragon Balls to wish back everyone that died from Goku Black in Future Trunks timeline along with Future Kaioshin and Future Kibito.

Future!Trunks has no reasons to remain in a timelines that´s not his own, and unless the next arc involves some kind of time travel shenanigans, this will be his last appearence in the plot.

I have a feeling with all this time-warping and traveling we're going to have something similar to the events of Xenoverse where the timelines overlap. I'd be very surprised if there were no repercussions from RoF to the Black arc with universe hopping and all that by the end of this arc. Beerus doesn't do much destroying these days so there's that too.

It's nice to now that someone other than a Saiyan or a God is going to future timeline. I'm not holding out any major hope for Bulma to contribute much to the plot, but she's been handled quite well so far in Super, so fingers crossed.

Trunks sacrificing himself with his timeline? Not a bad way to go, but I don't think they'll kill off the character.
