I hope so. I'm tired of sacrificing my neurons to fix paradoxes.
Trunks sacrificing himself with his timeline? Not a bad way to go, but I don't think they'll kill off the character. :o
If future Trunks were to be killed then his death will be meaningful because he would sacrifice his life to save others from his respected timeline. But I wouldn't want the future timeline to be gone because the Gods dislike unrestricted time travel.

If this was Toriyama's last arc then it would've been promoted like that.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Why would they promote that Toriyama is no longer working on Super? If anything they would want people to assume he was still involved long after he wasn't.

My guess is that the next arc probably won't start until December or January. The U6 Tournament happen in January 2016 and the Goku Black arc started in June 2016.

Battle of Gods Arc - 14 episodes July 5, 2015 – October 11, 2015
Revival of F Arc - 13 episodes October 18, 2015 – January 17, 2016
Champa Arc - 19 episodes January 24, 2016 – June 5, 2016
Goku Black arc - June 12, 2016 – current with 16 episodes so far

I think this will be our longest arc in the show. Maybe with 18 or 19 episodes.

If Mr.Toriyama isn't involved, we will likely take notice. Besides, the lack of comments on his part would make everything clear from the get go.
Since we have so much Toei/Toyotarõ influence, I assume they learned how to deal with Mr.Toriyama. That is to give him time to do things at his rhythm, without pressure.
I expect him to still be up for a few more arcs.

That would bring in a lot more viewers.

"Akira Toriyama's final story in the dragon world is here, witness the way DB was supposed to end"

Anything like that would bring in a lot of people so whenever he's done you'll see that everywhere.

You're assuming they will stop making Super when Toriyama stops though....

I think if Super had Broli come back would be a sign that Toriyama is not working on the show anymore

I am, I think they'll end it and start a new show when he's done like what they did with Z and GT.

Is this arc actually supposed to end at episode 61 or is that just speculation? I can't see it ending there.

I agree. It's too soon to kill of Black and future Zamasu now that Beerus quickly destroyed Zamasu from the present timeline. What we need to is to further the plot with more action.

We know that it's still going by 63
62: Trunks' Super Power
63: Vegeta's Fierce Battle
It is probably still going past that.

It'll be longer for sure, Trunks and Vegeta just winning would be too easy.

There's a break in December? What for? I assumed the next break would be in January.

Usually for Christmas holiday. I remember there was break the week before New Years since the conclusion of the Resurrection 'F' Saga was delayed a week.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

Everyone showing off top forms here :

If by some miracle he does go SSGSS then well done Toei for keeping a secret!
Trunks isn't even in the right outfit in that. This isn't the same as how Rose leaked, that set of cards was supposed to come out after Rose debuted but the images got out there before they were supposed to. This calendar doesn't look like it's not supposed to be seen yet.
My point still stands they ruined SSR in the titles, where would Trunks even get SSGSS from anywhere he's jumping straight back into the future and unless the future still has a RoSaT it ain't feasible.
Anime Kitten wrote:Nice to see that Bulma is finally getting field involved. I wonder how Goku will react to getting left behind in the present.
We don't know as a fact Goku is left behind yet but it does appear that way, if he is it could have been a mutual decision we don't know yet.

I thought whatever happened in the past didn't affect the future?
They're (foolishly) assuming the future Zamasu is the same character.

Rosat? Last time I checked they could only ahieve it inside Whis his staff. Even the capsule corps has much more.gravity then rosat.

For the next arc, I predict on what they could do next:

- Goku, Vegeta, Bluma, Whis, Beerus and Future Trunks go to U6 to get the Super Dragon Balls
- 12 universes tournament
- Bardock returning (They brought back Future Trunks, so anything is possible if Toei wants it and Toriyama agrees it)
- Another Android/Cyborg/Lab Creation from Dr. Gero (It seems unlikely but it could happen since we had #16-Cell in DBZ and Super 17 in GT)

You're right so they lose and Goku has to step up with the the Spirit Dama and save the day :) Go Goku!!

But seriously Vegeta starts battling Black again next episode does it really carry on until 63? I'm okay with that.

Goku is probably chasing after Zamasu so father and son vs Black? Latest episode pretty much confirmed They ain't gonna knock Goku out since Black needs him. Well I guess they still can, interesting to see when the full titles are out.
