Although, as a side-note, I'd like to add that in my opinion, the majority of the problem with Kaio's voice is the way Schemmel plays it; I always thought Don Brown's Kaio voice from the Ocean dub, despite being very similar to Sean Schemmel's, is actually a lot better, and lacks many of Schemmel's interpretation's failings.

I think most people, even the ones who prefer the Funimation dub, would agree with you that Brown's Kaio is far better than Schemmel's. Schemmel is getting better as Goku, but as Kaio, no.

I believe Android 19 once had a filter voice in either the original dub or the remastered dub.

People shitting on things like 4kids One Piece while at the same time being fans of old Funi DBZ dubs. In reality there not that different from each other, but one recieves much more flack than the other.

4kids went as far as to try and cut out characters from the story, What Funi did was by no means a masterpiece but it's miles ahead of what was done to One Piece.
