RF's first image was its official poster which had them in their new clothes so chances are they're going to be in these old ones for the whole movie and moving forward.

They had no business going back to their old design in the first place as they should've continued with them till the end of the TOP. It was one of the few things that showed DB was in a new era as the majority of the cast was always changing in the original series.
While that's true, I don't think that's necessarily something you can hold against this movie specifically, especially considering the massive stylistic change that's already been undertaken here.
Besides, Goku hadn't really completely changed his usual gi since early DB, neither had Piccolo.
For Vegeta, though they didn't change his outfit, I think the changing in colours is a welcome change to his attire.

Meh, I expected to come this very year, I guess I won't escape spoilers

Power levels are not just big numbers:
Spoiler:
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

Nowadays people have trouble escaping spoilers for a few days let alone a month+, especially with the movie's content most likely being advertised for games and merchandise soon after it opens in Japan.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.
I don't know if anyone has checked out DBMFL on the official Dragon Ball site, but it's going through every Dragon Ball film on every Sunday since the 6th of May. So far they've covered up to DBZ Movie 10. I'm speculating that they're leading up to the upcoming film and will reveal a poster (or maybe even a trailer) along with some images from the film and a story synopsis. There are still 6 more films to cover and since they're doing it on every Sunday, that would mean that we could see some new movie stuff on the 5th of August. It could even be sooner since they've covered 2 or 3 films on a Sunday on more than one occasion.

What does it actually say about the films?
I'm actually kind of interested in that.
From what I can understand by using Google translate, they're basically reviewing the plot of each film. Each review ends with a paragraph anticipating the upcoming movie and counts down the days left until its release.

In all, they’re on Dragon Ball movie 13 since they count the Dragon Ball movies too.
I called it that Gogeta, Bardock, and something Broly related would be in the movie before it was even announced that it was a Broly movie.
"I don't think I'm a hero of justice or anythin'. But those who'd hurt my friends... I won't forgive!"
I didn't think they'd get new outfits so that's surprising if true. If so then there's a high chance this won't be set on earth as I don't see how earth's winter can have any effect on them.
Hopefully Freeza's new goons will have more going on with them than the ones he had in RF. I'm also interested in the size of role he'll play here.

Maybe Bulma and Chichi make them wear something warm
I need to see these winter outfits. Also really interested to see Freeza’s new goons. Hopefully none of them get Tagoma’d and die in the first 10 minutes of the film.

Hopefully they lasts longer then their buff suits or actual suits from the Slump episode.

Only mentions they always do this before something big drops on vjump. Scans shouldn't be too far off.
Now I wonder if this is where I should drop off now we're getting story related stuff... I guess I'll see these scans then probably disappear.
Thanks.
You want to avoid any story related tid-bit? Because at this point I'd expect they'd only release the minimal amount of information and it would only serve as promotional material, nothing spoilery.
I was expecting to see the new saiyan's design soon, but I assume it would've been the first thing the leaks mentioned if that was the case.
Edit:
Well, seems like we're seeing something new alright:

Ask and you shall receive!
Now let's hope it's more than Goku and Vegeta, Piccolo really needs a fresh look even if it's just for a while.
Freeza has new goons..., doesn't really have an impact. Maybe if they are allies and not underlings there might be an interesting dynamic otherwise I don't expect much.

Well, they're henchmen, so I think that kind of answers that question.
I think they could still be interesting if given some personality, or even as gag villains.
