Well, my point is that it doesn't mean his ki raises forever. It was restrained, then it wasn't, so it was coming out. Probably not, but we'll never know. Broli was the only LSSJ, so it's possible that he might defy logic and just continually grow in strength without trying. It's just weak, since movie 10 showed us just how much he could grow in 7 years. An additional 20 could very well put him above SSJ3s, and MAYBE SSJ Gotenks, but not above Vegetto, let alone a Vegetto who trained for 20 years. Please try to understand, they kinda need a rest, the mini-comic is funny at least and I'll let you know that it stars a well loved Z-Warrior
