A suppressed blast from SS Trunks, who's only slightly stronger than Goten was strong enough to force #18, who's about as strong as 17 to end the match quickly by exposing Mighty Mask's true identity. In addition, Goten was able to give SS Gohan a good fight which makes the latter worried that he'd probably he outstripped if he's not careful. Trunks was also able to land a punch to Vegeta and take a reflex punch without dealing major damage.

Goten is not that far behind compared to the adults. He wins in a horrible stomp.

You haven't seen the movie?
Dr. Wheelo couldn't compete against KK x4, as the wiki states, but that is no different than Saiyan Arc Vegeta.
It took a Genkidama to destroy Wheelo, he survived against the Kaio-ken.

I'll also ask what DanielSSJ asked, which is something to back this up. Sure, it's already been answered, but I'd still like to know your opinion on the fight; more specifically why you think Vegeta would win.

Well in their beam clash, Goku using Kaioken x3 was equal with Vegeta but then was blown away when Goku used Kaioken x4.

Against Wheelo though his Kamehameha was easily pushed back when he was using Kaioken x3 but was then also blown away using Kaioken x4.

Which to me suggests Wheelo was stronger as he's superior to Kaioken x3 Goku while Vegeta is equal to that. Especially as Vegeta used his best attack in that clash whereas Wheelo didn't.

He was killed by the Spirit Bomb but Vegeta might have been too, he was only hit by half the spirit bomb afterall.

Their power leves are equal, but Vegeta's too durable. He survived both Goku's kamehameha and spirit bomb. Wheelo can't kill him.

Vegeta's Galick Gun was on par with Goku's Kamehameha using Kaioken x3.

Dr Wheelo's attack that was going to destroy Earth was likely more powerful than Goku's Kamehameha using Kamehameha x4 if he had to use the Spirit Bomb.

Even after Dr. Urio succumbed to Goku's KK x4 Kamehameha, his ki was noted as having continued to rise as he prepared to destroy the Earth, necessitating a fully-powered Genki Dama to finish him off for good. Going by the movie pamphlet battle powers (which is an admittedly questionable source), Dr. Urio has a battle power of 39,000 (most likely when he was charging his world-ending attack), which beats the pants off of Saiyan Arc Vegeta's 18,000. However, if Vegeta manages to create an artificial moon and transform into a Great Ape, his power skyrockets to the hundreds of thousands, and he effortlessly crushes Urio under his foot. Especially considering there's no way for Urio to know about the Saiyan's tail weakness.
