Someone did; I don't remember who, but someone on these forums back after BOG came out and before F was announced photoshopped an aqua-blue-haired ssj Vegeta and posted it here. Then later on someone else on the forum took a copy to show Ryo Horikawa at a Con and Horikawa liked how it looked.

Did that person indirectly contribute to bluper saiyan's design or was it independent of that? I dunno.

I doubt it. I don't think Horikawa is that close to Toriyama.

The color's pretty close, but not quite; more blue than teal. And those are ssjg pupils instead of ssj ones.

Yes, he did. This may indicate that an extended version of Resurrection F may exist and Goten may make an appearance in Resurrection F after all.

Dude, you're misreading my post (I think anyways unless you're just starting some odd internet forum fight with me to which I shall gladly bow out of knowing that I am no match for the great and mighty Rocketman who has slain thousands of Toriyama fanboys and makes grown men, who aren't Toriyama fanboys cause they're well a tad dead... and the ones still alive flee from you as I do, cry with his acerbic wit and forthright brilliance in the truth of proper story. Oh woe is this humble noob in the presence of this high and mighty man who has been given the title of Rocketman.) or I guess just poking fun? I don't know... I'm actually pretty bad at getting these things...

I will say this though I am still fine with these two forms. I think while they may not be the most unique designs, they each do have their own charm and really have grown on me.

Bluper Saiyan is blue, but hey I don't hate it. At least it wasn't super complicated or a mix between Super Saiyan 3 and 4... With a cape... And maybe sunglasses cause sunglasses are cool... I will say that I still haven't gotten that used to the eyebrows yet... It still sticks out and feels out of places for some reason... Freeza's new look is something I actually like surprisingly. There are subtle differences to the head and shins that I'm really digging and the purple and gold while not blending together perfectly for me does look like something Freeza would choose if he were able to customize his own new form.

Honestly, if a fanfiction writer came up with Blue SSJ, he would have been laughed at in this very site.
But since Toriyama did it, a lot of people are giving it a pass.

Though what I asked was if he'd prefer a Blue SSJ God Vegeta or a Red SSJ God Vegeta. 2 images done by someone named Menkyon had two versions of Vegeta next to Goku. One with red hair and one with blue hair. I showed him those images, and Mr. Horikawa said he liked the blue SSJ God Vegeta look more. This was before the SSGSS stuff, and back when it was speculated that maybe colours would be different for SSJ God forms (Which it in a way kinda is for stages of SSJ God...if the new thing is part of some new Super Saiyan God line).

I believe he might have mistakenly said Goten instead of Gohan. The only moment where I think it would be ok to call his name would be when Freeza destroys the planet ...perhaps? Goten and Trunks got killed with the rest of the world.
