And if Super isn't the main series then what currently is? Because Super is the only Dragonball series running right now as far as I'm aware of and it's also all over the merch. I'd get calling it a side thing if it was spin off of some kind.
Well, that's a whole other story that doesn't apply to Dragon Ball since it came from a manga, that's my point.
Dragon Ball GT was the only DB series running in 1996 and most people didn't share this same opinion as yours.

Doesn't that make it worse since they could have destroyed in #57 and #61?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

The thing that gets me about this Side product thing is that "Side" product implies there is a main product to run it along side of. Which there currently isn't. There is only Super. Super is where a good amount of money and time is being poured into and it's where merch is coming from. Super is what's being advertised and what people are tuning into every week. And The stories comes from toriyama with a manga that goes with it. Just seems like a lot of trouble to go through for a side product, And I can't help but find it odd that the inclusion of a weekly manga is the only thing decides it's "main " series status.

You can't really destroy a time machine when you have Saiyans constantly getting in your way and fighting you. Plus, whenever the Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunk arrive to the future, it's never near Black or Zamasu. So the time machine is usually in a complete different location that Black and Zamasu are not aware of.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

FFS man. Super isn't on the same level as GT. It's been called the true successor to dragonball and has much more input from Toriyama. It isn't a side product. It's a main dish and you'll have to get used to it.
Honestly i think that both Super and GT are equal.
Think about it, both had an ok arc (BoG arc/Black Star arc), a terrible arc (RoF arc/Super 17 arc), a good arc (U6 arc/Shadow dragons arc) and a great arc (Future Trunks arc so far/Baby arc).
That's pretty subjective, I'd argue against every single rating here.
I'm not talking about quality. I'm talking about legitimacy. Although i'd say the BOG arc was good, Rof was just bad, agree with u6, and future trunks is amazing while baby was good.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Cmon! Merged Zamasu! Reveal yourself!
I don't think anyone should expect V-Jump to reveal him. V-Jump didn't show Rose until it was already shown in the show and we wouldn't have known what it looked like beforehand if Amazon hadn't posted images of the art card early.

Not necessarily if we consider it was not like that while Dragon Ball GT was on TV. Even with only one anime, it wasn't only DBGT, it was Dragon Ball (franchise) as a whole that got all the return in terms of money. It's been the same thing with DB Super currently, it's a new anime series, it doesn't have the same impact as Dragon Ball/Z when it was released there's no doubt about it, but it's still profitable like Heroes and other side stuff too.

This list makes me laugh lol ...Beerus a villain?? Black Goku 11?? Cooler & Broly better villains than Black Goku??
Any list from Screen Rant is laughable. They had a DC Comics strongest list and had Superman below Flash, Wonderwoman, Martian Manhunter, Shazam, etc.....
It's beyond ridiculous and really rubs me the wrong way how they always choose Freeza of all villains to be number one. That dude sucks. I'd much rather have Buu or Cell. At least they're cool. Frieza is just a feminine little bitch. His voice and the way he tortures people bothers me aswell. At least Perfect Cell was masculine and funny. He had this whole charisma around him. Frieza is the last on my list.(he isn't funny nor memorabel) Majin Buu was mysterious, ancient, magical. and godly. Perfect Cell was litterally perfection. Goku Black is the best villain ever. And so is Zamasu with his whole motive.

Gowasu travels to the past to tell Beerus to tell him to help the others
Beerus says no but Whis says it looks like you are already 2 fighters down for the 12 universe tournament then.
Beerus then changes his mind and goes to the future.
Epic fight between merged Zamasu and Beerus with Beerus winning.
You know, I can see this happening but it will be a stretch. While Beerus, like the other deities, are not willing to break the rules for time traveling. Zamasu already broke multiple rules like killing mortals while not being a God of Destruction, messing with the timelines, etc. So Beerus traveling through time to save the day won't be so bad. It will be better than having Zen-chan destroy Zamasu after all the trouble Future Trunks and team have been doing the whole saga.
