The fact that Super's power scaling is so amazingly awful that people think this is a good match-up is really a testament as to how bad Toei is when left with too much influence.

Anyway Vegetto God-stomps all over the poor Namekian.

To be fair, it's Toriyama's fault to begin with. He's the one who introduced the whole "Goku absorbed God Ki into his base form" concept and then seemingly forgot all about it in the Champa and Black arcs.

The two-base theory was confirmed right after the Piccolo vs Frost fight. So it's not Toriyama's fault if people don't want to get this and they either think Piccolo is SsjG level or blame Super. The power levels of the Champa arc make perfect sense.

Piccolo (Super) Vs SSJ3 Vegetto.

Piccolo gets wasted. By all accounts in Super, he still below the Super Saiyans as he dominated by Tagoma, who got his ass kicked by SSJ Gohan and was only able to hold his own against a fatigued Frost, who got his ass handed to him by SSJ Goku.

I was half-joking with that Piccolo vs Vegetto matchup as I believe in the two base theory and think Piccolo is still around the level of Cell Arc Goku, but the anime is really vague about their base power and provides minimal explanation so I could see some people thinking Goku and Vegeta just got heavily amped bases, and in that scenario Piccolo's power would be massively inflated to Vegetto level, not that I think that makes sense, but even if you're extremely conservative Base Goku and Vegeta should be well beyond Vegetto from their feats, and given that SSJ is a 50x multiplier the fact that Piccolo is able to put up a fight against Frost, exhausted though he may be, who was somewhat close to SSJ Goku should place him at Super Vegetto level at least.

Good Buu vs Majin Vegeta.

Whilst being in Buu's body, Vegeta doesn't consider Good Buu a threat, whereas some days earlier Goku stated that even if he teamed up with Majin Vegeta, Fat Buu would have still won. Basically:

Fat Buu >> Majin Vegeta >> Good Buu.

Goku lied, he confirmed he could of beat Fat Buu whenever he wanted. Also good Buu did better than Vegeta against kid Buu, but that might just be because Buu is more durable.

Black gets wrecked, in his first trip to our timeline he's high SSJ2-tier at best, whereas Buuccolo w/ 10 SSJ3 Gotenks would be stronger than Super Vegetto. Even regular Buuccolo would thrash Black easily.

Oh I see what you mean, but Vegeta wasn't worried about Good Buu because
1. He was a good guy
2. Goku + Vegeta could definitely beat Good Buu if they worked together as ssj2
3. Vegeta knew Goku had ssj3

I know this is better suited for the Official Unofficial Power Levels Thread, but since it's being discussed, my power scale would look something like this:

- Super Saiyan 2 Gohan and Mr. Boo: 1
- Super Saiyan 2 Goku and Vegeta: 1.5
- Fat Boo: 2.5 (a little over twice SS2 Gohan)
- Super Saiyan 3 Goku: 3.5
- Pure Boo: 4
- Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Full Power): 6 (He can't access his full power unless he forcibly draws it out due to the severe energy waste associated with the form)

Fat Boo put up a decent fight against a hardly trying SS3 Goku, who's main goal was to stall Bobbidi and Boo long enough for Trunks to get the Dragon Radar. Goku later admits with great confidence that he could've taken out Fat Boo all along, so I'd say there's probably a sizeable gap between them.

Goku wasn't even trying, he was just delaying them and conserving his energy so his time on earth wouldn't run out, he later confirms that if he wanted to he could waste Buu easily.

A 20% difference is pretty big. I doubt there is more than a 50% difference though because I think Fat Buu is closer to ssj3 tier than ssj2 tier.

Regardless, on your scale I'd put Buu at 6 billion, twice as strong as SSJ2, half as strong as SSJ3. Plus 1 SSJ2 is enough to fill up half his energy meter, so his full strength is equal to 2 SSJ2s.
