Trailer looks epic. Just wish we could get the film here in the UK. :problem:

It's been a while since I watched Kai in English, but didn't they swap back to English terms at one point? Maybe that was just the TV version.
They keep the Japanese names for a short while. Krillin uses Kienzan up to where he cuts off Freeza's tail and Taiyo-Ken is reverted to Solar Flare around Cell.

The Genki Dama is always called Spirit Bomb from what I remember and Tenshinhan is only used about three times I think.

We're never gonna get ROF in UK cinemas. Not with MangaUK dicking around so bloody much.

That trailer  100x better than TOEI version, and is it just me or does Sean's voice on Goku sounded too deep?

Is Roshi's voice different?

And wow, I knew animation would look better than the leaked footage, but this is way better than expected.

Ah, that kind of sucks I kind of liked the Japanese names better, although I do prefer Spirit Bomb over Genki Dama.

The animation is nothing short of amazing, looks better then the TOEI trailers I guess that's maybe cuz FUNi have the final version either way fair play to TOEI.

Ditto!

But in regard to the trailer, the performances seem pretty polished. If it's truly representative of the whole feature, I think it could very, very watchable.

It is gutting watching that trailer, and being from the UK. It is a real shame Manga are messing around with this, I'm determined to import as much as possible, so I won't be purchasing any more of their products.
Another huge disappointment for the UK fanbase.

I don't think it's all their fault. Dragonball's worldwide licensing situation is old and complicated by the legacy of a bunch of old agreements and various stakeholders. From what I understand, the Manga UK distribution agreement for Funimation's Dragonball products are negotiated on a product-by-product basis.

There's certainly a market for Dragonball here, that much is abundantly obvious, but it's not necessarily Funimation's market to capitolise upon in the same way that North America is. By extension of which, it's very much not their primary concern.

Some hope UK fans:
There’s a couple of releases that we’ve already announced at London MCM Comic Con, like Dragonball Z: Resurrection of F, which I’m pretty excited about – we have some great ideas planned for this release!

I appreciate that, it's just disappointing to be the odd one out. Fingers crossed for an announcement.

Wow, the trailer is great! Every voice in it is absolutely amazing. The hype train is going fast.

Question: Why does the movie have a limited theater release?

Interesting. I won't hold my breath, but it's some hope at least.

Frankly, at this point, it's better to have some hope, than none at all. But I'm not holding my breath either.

Wow that trailer was bad ass. The English dub sounds fantastic as well. I can't wait to see this movie in theaters.

Hey Guys! Has the trailer been uploaded to Youtube yet?
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Yeah, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiONylGn8Xw

On a separate note, I was happy to see them include one of the nicer cuts from the film:
There were a few like that throughout the film. They really made it for me.
