If they really do intend to release the movie in 70 countries then UK would definitely be one of them. It probably won't get a wide release but it'll get one.
They haven't announced much in the way of release dates for European markets yet. I think just Spain.

So, Golden Oozaru is just regular Oozaru with golden fur, and not a new form? Are SS & SS2 not transformations for Vegeta, since it's just Vegeta with golden hair?Doctor. wrote:SSGSS may have a stupid marketing name, and it does, but the form is LITERALLY Super Saiyan, with blue hair. Golden Oozaru yes, it's Oozaru with Super Saiyan's power, just like SSGSS is SS with SSG's power, it's a fusion of two forms, not an entirely new one. That Vegeta comparison however, doesn't really have much to do with what I was saying.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:So, Golden Oozaru is just regular Oozaru with golden fur, and not a new form? But you said that SSGSS is literally regular Super Saiyan because it's SS with blue hair. By your logic, Golden Oozaru is literally just Oozaru with golden fur, and SS/2 Vegeta is literally base Vegeta with golden hair. And this isn't the case for any of these cases.Doctor. wrote:Golden Oozaru yes, it's Oozaru with Super Saiyan's power, just like SSGSS is SS with SSG's power, it's a fusion of two forms, not an entirely new one. No... because Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 are actually new forms for Vegeta.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:But you said that SSGSS is literally regular Super Saiyan because it's SS with blue hair. Let's put it this way, do you consider the Super Saiyan state Goku achieved after the RoSaT training a new form? I don't, it's just him using Super Saiyan to its fullest capacity. It's the same case here with Golden Oozaru and SSGSS, they're not new forms. Literally was an overstatement, but that was just used to convey what was said previously in the conversation.

Yes, and no. It's a new, upgraded version of the original form.Doctor. wrote:Let's put it this way, do you consider the Super Saiyan state Goku achieved after the RoSaT training a new form?
They are not entirely new forms, but they are still different versions, since they are more powerful, and look different. I mean, Vegetto isn't just Goku. It's the same case here with Golden Oozaru and SSGSS, they're not new forms. Literally was an overstatement, but that was just used to convey what was said previously in the conversation.

Chris Sabat mentioned on Twitter that the person who does the voice of Sorbet is Jeremy Schwartz, he's awesome. He did the voice of Z in One Piece: Film Z. I'm really excited to hear his performance when I watch Resurrection 'F'.

Just watched the movie is Spanish. Whis has such an appropriately flamboyant voice. xD

Wow Funimation really likes to turn things in a way more serious tone, they made BoG looks like a real serious movie but it was in fact a very light hearted movie
And now they made RoF look way more serious that it really is, amazing

In the trailer, Bulma says whatever about Goku being stronger. Freeza responds: "What sort of fool do you think I ask?"
Did I hear that right? Is that how it's supposed to be?

I'm not sure if it's "as" or "ask", but neither fits. I wonder if they were going for "What sort of fool do you think I am?" or "What sort of fool do you take me as?" and it just got jumbled?
Maybe Funimation's version of the revived Freeza has a screw loose after all the years of "torture" in Hell...

Another bit of questionable dialogue = "I'm going to take my final form from the start!" Later, Vegeta says, "What?! Frieza has a new form," and the trailer reads, "Revenge takes its final form." ._.

I thought it would bother me since back in BoG, but I have come to like it quite a lot.

Any word yet on when Japan is getting a home release? Curious if they'll wait till after the international theatrical run (esp USA) as a measure of fighting against piracy.
Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Resurrection '
As of right now, we've had nothing official. We can estimate based on Battle of Gods, however. That film came out March 30th, with its home release arriving September 13th. Revival of 'F' didn't release until April 18th, so we can likely expect something late September/early October if they follow the same pattern. I may be wrong, but that feels like an usually long time. Even if it's earlier, it'll still be after America's theatrical debut, at a guess.medama_oyaji wrote:Any word yet on when Japan is getting a home release? I have to wonder where Funimation's release ties into this since they released it shortly after their theatrical event for Battle of Gods. It wasn't really an issue last time because they started everything the year after Japan got the film out of the way for both the theater and home media. Perhaps it'll play out largely the same, just in the same year this time: Funimation's theatrical release will be in early August, the Japanese home release in September and then Funi's home release in October?AjayLikesGaming wrote:As of right now, we've had nothing official.
