Really? I thought Toei had stopped doing that. I'm not exactly sure what to do in a situation like this, but I will say one thing: don't make angry letters an YouTube videos to Toei! If they actually get noticed, this could go into higher levels with lawyers and courts and whatnot. They will probably never get to make the series again.Don't do it.

I'm sure the episode will be back up, though. Episode 18 got taken down a few weeks ago and that's since been brought back.

As far as the accent thing goes; American English is spoken from nearer the front of the mouth than most others, which tend to be spoken from farther back in the throat.
