According to the tournament progress chart on the main page of DB:M, Tapion fought Cara-something and won. When did this happen?

Me too. While I have enjoyed many of the mini and gag version comics on their site, I don't see why we need to see a doujinshi version of Movie #8 from the very beginning. If Salagir and Gogeta Jr. need a break and wish to showcase new member's work, why not begin showing where the events of Movie #8 changed in the "20th" Universe? Now seeing where our favorite Dragonball story lines diverge would be interesting.

Since this story also happened in universe 20 they will problably show us what happened differently in that universe. It just starts out the same.

In these universes it seems Broli is quite a bit stronger than Perfect Cell, and presumeably the full power Super Saiyans.

Oh Jesus. I was hoping they'd skip some bullshit but apparently they're going to waste ours and their time with more stupid recaps. Oh well, as long as this filler doesn't interfere with the real story and real artist, I'll be fine.

I don't like the direction this comic is going.... not gonna lie, those new artists are mediocre at best.

No, the new artists are great. Their style is different compared to Gogeta Jr. but they are doing fantastic work, and it's all for free.

Well, I think that the previous art was better but you must really be used to great art all the time to call this "mediocre at best".

I like the art.

I don't like that this is going to just recap "BROLY BEATS UP EVERYONE CAUSE HE IS MAXIMUM". We know Broly killed everyone in his universe. Tell us something we don't.

It is also providing an explanation for why everyone in universe 18 knows Brolly.

Since it is the original universe and movie 8 doesn`t fit within the original timeline they shouldn`t know Brolly.

But they do. Thats because in the author`s opinion the story of Brolly happened, but it didn`t happen just like in the movie. There are differences that make the story fit in the original timeline.

So far we`ve seen that it happens just before Cell`s tournament, Gohan is constantly in SSJ form, like he should and Vegeta mentions the room of Spirit and Time.

So they set Movie 8 in the 10 days before the Cell Games, eh?

I wonder if they're going to explain why the world is at peace and school interviews and cherry-blossom picnics are happening en masse, when in the manga the entire world was in a horrified panic and completely shut down.

Well they didn`t show any other human till now and I think they don`t have to. That way its just the gang trying to relax before the tournament, while the rest of the world fears Cell.

Also, I don´t think they will show Goku and Chichi trying to get Gohan in a school. They will put him in some other situation. I would.

Then, they can follow some of the script from movie 8 and leave the planet. That way Cell remains undisturbed.

The art is not bad but I can see the little mistakes here and there. Like Gohan's face in the last couple of pages looks really off.

Luckily, this is going to be quicker than you think. It's only a few more pages long. But still, the story has become so stale and boring that I gave up in translating, also the retarded comments on the Portuguese board don't help at all...
