Some Bluray movies are region free though too.DominatorLost wrote:BluRay movies only, which you have no idea how much that pisses me off.DragonBalllKaiHD wrote:Umm. Doesn't PS3 and 360 have a Region protection?
Here http://bluray.liesinc.net/ Nice list. Eg Dragonball Z: Broly Double Feature = region free, Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone / World's Strongest = not region free.

Wow! Some of you must be misinformed.
PS3 games are not region-coded.
Xbox360 games, however, are region-coded but some games (like Street Fighter IV for example) are not region-locked. Since Burst Limit was region locked, I wouldn't be surprised if Raging Blast is region locked as well.

Sony leaves the region locking on games up to the developers. I'm not sure about Microsft, but they may have the same policy as well.
When it comes to movies, Japan and North america are in the same region, but I beleive that Blu-rays are region locked.

I guess it's possible that Atari is waiting until E3 to announce all the up coming DB games, but then again see the post above.
But about every tenth post on the gamefaqs board for Dragon Ball Z Story is "When is it going to get released in the US" so maybe there is hope. There is an obvious market. The game looks awesome, was well reviewed and it's a Z game, I don't see where the loss is for Atari to release it.

Yes, it's "nice" and all... but it's absolutely generic Japanese marketing speak that doesn't actually describe what it is. "... explore new areas of the Dragon Ball universe" could mean you get knocked into a dinosaur with no effect on the gameplay like you did in Budokai 3.RandomDbzEnthusiast wrote:Nice!!!In addition to classic signature moves, characters also benefit from a new "Super Rising" move which allows more variety in the battle stages and lets players explore new areas of the Dragon Ball universe
Atari isn't at E3.omegacwa wrote:I guess it's possible that Atari is waiting until E3 to announce all the up coming DB games, but then again see the post above.

More of the same

They're really pushing this whole "OMG NOW YOU CAN THROW YOUR OPPONENT AGAINST THE WALL!" Yeah, yeah we get it. It was cool the first time, now it's getting old.

This is the screen that premiered in the first scan.

And here's the same damn thing.

So if the screens we have so far have anything to show for the new game, it will consist entirely of blasting opponents through mountains and throwing them against the wall.
