Hmmmm, they appear to be following the same style as the Trunks and Bardock ones. Perhaps these are not DBOX?

That's my guess. By this point, it seems that the DBox versions will come out after these have finished.

I hope these are not American Dragon Box singles... I'd rather have Dragon Box singles artwork like this:

I wonder why they are re-releasing these. We just had Double-Feature. The fans won't be buying these unless they are Dragon Box the Movies.

Illusion of something "new" for casual fans I guess.

UUUUUURG! Why do we always get shafted on cover art in the US? How many times have we seen those 2 poses over and over?

Well, I'm glad the new releases for Movies 1 and 2 aren't from the Dragon Box, because I want a Dragon Box, not individual releases. The cover art being similar to the widescreen TV specials hopefully proves that they're just Double Feature re-releases.

Nice to see it ranked high on sales.

Edit: As of this hour, it's ranked 8th in the Dragonball category and 9th in Funimation anime.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

If we get singles, do not expect them to look like this.

As for getting singles, I hope we do not receive them unless we get boxes first, which is kind of backwards from the business standpoint.
Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

I agree as well. I'm not buying anymore movie singles.

I'm going to sound like a part-fool, part completionist, and say that I have three more singles to buy. The old singles that is. 1) Because they're in fullscreen, and all subsequent releases are pretty going to be 100% widescreen. And 2) because I have almost all of the movies this way anyways. :P

In fact, I'm grabbing movie 10 with the Dragon Box pre-order. $3.00, hellz yeah. And then when it comes out, I'm going to buy the Movies Dragon Box too. hehe.

Say, anyone have a Lord Slug single they'd like to part with? :D

I almost want to buy the two new singles coming out because they're my favorite DBZ movies and my newest copies of those are the Pioneer-released DVDs.

Almost.

I can wait until the Dragonbox version hits the US.

The Lord Slug movie is the only one I'm missing. Here's a link to buy one for cheap: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... K:MEWAX:IT

Not to mention they keep the Japanese title cards and credits unlike the Widescreen Double Feature releases. So the Fullscreen movies are good for sub fans and purists until the Dragonbox versions come out!

Looks like it's #12 in Dragonball. The top 11 including Dragonball Evolution on DVD, the Orange Bricks, and DBGT Season 2.

By the way, any chance the single re-releases of the movies will have the title cards? It'd be pretty smart of them to do so, by finding ONE MORE REASON to sell these movies to the same people ANOTHER time through for some minute feature.
