Why are you guys acting like Goku can't be brought to life?

Even if he does die, it will be Vegeta Beerus,Whis or Bulma that will do something about it. lol at it being somebody else. Especially at it being any of the human fighters who have been irrelevant since the first arc of z.

Yeah, definitely. Hopefully the rest will allow them all of them to have decent screen time in the next arc though.

What? Goku dying hasn't been confirmed at all. That title is extremely vague to call a big judgement like that.

That could mean Piccolo, Krillin and the others play a bigger role. Number one reason why I am ooking forward to episode 70 more than episode 69 is because of Yamcha doing something.

Anyway as long as Goku is not then it will be an exciting time ahead as we know Vegeta can't do anything by himself and always messes up.

Vegeta will try and be an arsehole to everyone like Piccolo and Krillin because he wants no help in beating the person who killed Goku but will eventually give in after some his Saiyan pride speech.

Piccolo will definitely get a role, he always get a role even if its a small one like in U6 and Mirai Trunks Arc.

I agree with the guy that says this should go the Detective Conan way in finding out where Hit is and who assigned him to kill Goku. Perfect excuse for the Gang to visit all of the Universes.

No biggie or should I say Baggie, just a threat on goku which has any potential whatsoever to take him off-screen for a little while is good enough for me..
The episode 72 says counterattack and the previous one particularly says goku dies, just trying to put two and two together, indeed there is no confirmation.. it's just a potential situation which could arise that I have mentioned..
Because said situation would be really fun if done right

Nozawa is 80 years old and I'm sure Toei doesnt want her work until she gets sick like Jōji Yanami, thats why it feels Goku will die at the hands of Hit, to give Nozawa a long break(like the ones Togashi had).

The title comes across as one of those hitman orders. "You get the money if Goku Dies" or something like that. There's no way they'd let Goku actually die again.

We know that Goku is still alive at the end of the manga. If Goku does die, they will just wish him back with the Namek Dragon Balls.

If that's the case, I hope there's trouble in Namek when they arrive. I think it'd be a nice change of pace if their back up plan failed.

I think that's very unlikely. I am a bigger fan of other characters but Dragon Ball isn't Dragon Ball without Goku. Heck, even if he dies, there's still Goten and Gohan, who would be voiced by Nozawa.
I can totally see Nozawa not being there for a couple of weeks, but not anything that could be compared to Togashi's hiatuses.
