CG Piccolo is about as tough as Grade 2 Vegeta as far as I'm concerned. He can beat Grade 3 Trunks as long as the speed lose applies. Anything beyond that is above him, I'm afraid.

He beats all of them, maybe with some difficulty versus Goku due to how he didn't seem confident when asking Goku how strong he was after leaving the ROSAT.

Piccolo beats everyone easily up until 50% Cell Games Goku, the only one who surpassed 50% SSJ Goku after ROSAT training in my opinion was Vegeta due to his confidence after exiting although Trunks and Piccolo weren't far behind Vegeta. Piccolo most likely loses against 50% Cell Games Goku.

Future Zamasu is low to mid SSB-tier. That should be powerful enough to contend with any form of Mira.

Sure it does. He lost to SSJ2 Goku. Would have died against SSJ2 Trunks if he wasn't immortal and was able to simply match him again later on even when Trunks was drained.

And outside of the first 30 seconds that they fought, Zamasu never once hit SSJB Goku or Vegeta throughout the rest of the saga just from his ability alone. He barely hit Trunks more than once or twice.

I'd like if people could give their opinion on these matchups with reasons. I've out a ranking of the characters from Super together but it gets a little bit tight when it falls under the God level and I was wondering how came out on top out of these.

- First form Frost (manga) put up a decent fight with Base Goku. In the anime this didn't happen because he transforms right away but I don't think there's a difference between manga Frost and his anime counterpart. He wins easily against Goten.

- Basil was much weaker than Good Buu, but so is Cabba. I guess it could go either way.

- Tagoma was exactly as strong as Base Gohan, Frost should easily be above that. He wins.

- Gohan easily.

- Current Piccolo stomps, sadly. But I think he'd lose against Fit Buu.

Goku was holding back though because he was still superior to Frost's third form which would have been three or four times stronger if he's anything like Frieza.

Is Goten not higher than a quarter of Goku's strength? He wasn't supposed to be all that far from Gohan back then.

Cabba, Kale & Caulifa vs FP Perfect Cell

Caulifa should be bellow Cell Games' SSJ2 Gohan level, Cabba should be, at the best, Cell Games' SSJ Vegeta level and Kale is probably Super Trunks level without the speed loss. The Saiyajins can win but so can Cell. It would be a pretty interesting fight.

Base Goten doesn't impress. Frost was fast enough to get Base Goku to the ground, I don't see Goten doing that to his father. I'd say Frost wins.

Could go either way but Basil has the most impressive techniques, so I say he wins.

Final Form Frost wins. A tired Frost was stronger than U6's Piccolo, who should be as strong as Tagoma, after the training with Gohan.

I believe they are pretty much even. Piccolo was strong enough to beat SSJ2 Gohan and to deal with Ultimate Gohan. On the other hand, Buu is much weaker than Super Buu who got stomped by Ultimate Gohan.

Yes, because this is Good Buu we're talking about. Back in the Buu saga, it was stated that Evil Buu (the grey one) was Ssj2 tier, so Good Buu has to be much weaker than that.

Kale vs Broly

Now we know that Lssj Kale is stronger than Ssj Cabba by a good margin (not that large anyway). Where does the latter stand compared to Broly? He's probably weaker than him.
I think this fight could go either way honestly.

Kale vs Broly

Kale. SSJ Cabba traded blows with her fairly well when he finally got the chance to attack, but she was still stronger than him. As we were told in the Champa arc, Base Cabba was about equal to Base Vegeta. That base Vegeta had been through training with Whis which quite clearly increased his power dramatically from the Buu arc. (If you want to use anime-only feats he's stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks in base.) In the Buu arc, as Majin Vegeta, he was as strong as Goku, and both of them were stronger than Gohan. That Gohan, with the help of Goten and Goku, beat Broly in Movie 10.
Basically,
Berserk Kale > SSJ Cabba >> Base Cabba = Base Vegeta (Champa arc) >>> Family Kamehameha > Broly > Majin Vegeta = Goku > Gohan

Though as a character, Broly wins since Kale is just copy-pasted Broly.
