I'm honestly sceptical of this but if it's true then that instantly fixes a very big issue that was hanging over the film and what had been the most harmful factor in RoF.

Whis and Beerus are so powerful that as soon as they show up the curren threat has the rug pulled out from under it. Gold Frieza's power and actions get undercut by the pair and Zamasu had to be put in a place they could not reach him until he become a threat beyond them at the later stages of the arc. While it's not impossible to write around, killing Beerus and having Whis shut down is by far the best way to stop their hax abilites and connections from interfearing and making the villain less of a threat.

That dose rase the question of what are they going to do about the vacum afterwards. The simple answer is just wish Beerus back but for pure speculations sake Goku, Vegeta or possible even Frieza may finally be stepping up to the role.

I won't lie though, the concept is interesting. Unless they intend for Goku to surpass Beerus and Whis, they need to find a way to remove them in order to create tension.

Anyone can say something big like that will happen in hopes of getting lucky. Look at e3 for example, you'll have someone list 10 sequels to popular franchises then take credit if even just one gets announced.

Side-note: Its crazy how many people think that the official DBS Movie teaser is fan-made as apart of MastarMedia’s fan-film. Some people are insisting that the video uploaders should give Mastar credit and think that we aren’t getting a dbs movie at all. The ignorance has so much presence that it angers me more than it humors me. Lets hope its not like this when the trailer comes out (most likely this month).

I really dont get how people have seen Mastar’s fan-film before actually seeing the trailer based off the fan-film. And did MASTAR give any credit to Toei Animation for the footage he used?

There's no way this is true. It is just way too early for any real spoilers. I remember several months before ROF came out the "spoilers" came out that Vegeta was going to punch through Freeza's throat and kill him and then proclaim that he is the "King of Saiyans." I don't know how prevalent those fake spoilers were or if you guys heard of it but I knew then that it was totally fake and this doesn't appear to be any different.

I won't hold my breath on this movie, BoG and RoF had terrible story worthy of fanfiction.

This new one has a new saiya-jin as the main villain, nothing new, they don't even try anymore.

But about the SS3 Kēfura rumor, I would be glad with anyone else besides Goku defeating the main villain.

[spoiler]Other rumors are circling that Bulma flies her Capsule Corp ship into the new Saiyan, doing damage. Then little Trunks and Vegeta get to redo the father son galick-Ho combo. Goku won't be able to outdo family time cause he is on the ground clutching his chest from UI strain. Ultimately, the Saiyan is defeated due to Piccolo beam cannoning him in the back. Distracting him from Vegeta and son and they defeat him with a final push of power.[/spoiler]
