Travis Willingham has been imitating all three in the games, so I don't see why not. At least, I think he has been...

I admit I haven't heard Willingham's Cell except a small audio clip of him doing it a con. Travis Willingham is one of the best VA's they got at FUNimation so I have high hopes. I wonder if he'll imitate Clark's Cell or will he go for the Wakamoto approach?
A Dragon Ball/Urusei Yatsura crossover would be awesome.
Having Toshio Furukawa balance between Piccolo and Ataru would be hilarious.
