What I know is that Bulma makes a notion of how long Trunks hair has gotten, and Trunks says that they have been in the ROSAT for a year. Then Bulma wonders why Vegeta's hair hasn't grown, and he replies that a true Saiya-jin's hair doesn't grow. And Goku gets why he didn't need a haircut, ever. Vegeta gets mad over why he is even discussing such a trivial matter. That's from the Swedish translation.

Bulma: "Hey hey, wait! It's trunks? It's true?"
Goku/Trunks: "Er...."
Bulma: "Why has your hair changed? Ah~ and you've grown as well?"
Trunks: "Ah... Here there is a strange room, and in there one day on the outside is one year."
Bulma: "Eh? But then at that rate.... Vegeta's hair hasn't grown at all!"
Vegeta: "The hair of pure Saiyans strangely never changes after birth...."
Bulma: "Eh~"
Goku: "That's true! I guess it's my reason...."

Can someone tell me what Goku says here about sensing Goten and Trunks' Ki?
Does it refer to their fusion in some way? Because that's some inconsistency there if it doesn't refer to their fusion.

What do you mean? Goku cannot sense their Ki inside the RoSaT. However he notices Evil Boo Ki the moment he left.

The point is how could Goku tell that their individual Kis vanished if SSjin3 Goku was the 1st power to be sensed in the Kaioshin realm? The only logical explanation is that SSjin Gotenks was sensed and the fact he hadn't been sensed in a while concerned Goku.
Anyway I just want a translation, so if you don't mind ____

Thanks. So they are talking about the fusion after all. Nice.

Kuririn: So, how should we signal?
Piccolo: Raise your ki suddenly and they'll understand.
Tenshinhan: I understand.
Kuririn: Tenshinhan, did you bring money? I wanna buy a coat....
Tenshinhan: No, you'll just have to persevere - I'm cold too.
Piccolo: Inconvenient earthlings.... If we don't hurry, 17 and 18 will start to move!

Could someone translate the EoB timeline?

James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I thought it'd be best to request a translation in this thread, so it'd be greatly appreciated, if someone translates everything that's said about potara merging on this page(except for the manga panels):

Credit goes to SSJ_Rambo, who posted the image in Omae no kassan's SEG thread a couple of years back.

I don't know Goku's quote.
But Vegeta's is: Chapter: 233 (DBZ 39), P6.2
Oozaru Vegeta: “Wanna hear something good?... When a Saiyan becomes an Oozaru, their battle power becomes 10 times what it is as a human!!!!"

Goku: O-Oozaru? An Oozaru monster?
Vegeta: Shall I tell you an interesting thing? When Saiyans become Oozaru, their battle power becomes 10 times that of a humans!
Gohan: Goku, on nights of the full moon, there is an Oozaru monster.... You must never go outside. You must sleep so you'll be safe.
Kami: Why don't I remove that tail permanently for you? It must be a nuisance....

In the Japanese dub, what does Vegeta say to Nappa before he kills him? The subs say he saying "Not at all", but it sounds like he's saying "nani", which I know is "what". I guess there's a double meaning there like with many Japanese words? This is one of my favorite original Vegeta lines.

It literally means "what". I may be wrong since I haven't watched the anime in a while, but I think the way Vegeta's saying it there is like replying to Nappa's thank you with, "What are you thanking me for? We're buds, right?" Thus "Not at all" captures the meaning better than a literal "What?" would.
If TPP passes in your country it will be illegal for you to watch an imported DVD. Click here to learn more!

Ok. Applying your logic to his intonation, that makes sense, thanks.
