You know, I'd LOVE if Oolong got Yajirobe's role in the Piccolo and Saiyan storylines. Yajirobe just went irrelevant straight away, at least characters like Yamcha lasted the entire debut arc. If Mayumi Tanaka really needed a new job, why not Piano?

Also Gaffer Tape I'm surprised you haven't mentioned that Yajirobe's personality seems to be a lot like best character Oolongs.

The only thing I disliked about LORD YAMCHA-SAMA at times, is that he felt a bit aimless. For someone who is so awesome and revered, you would expect one as great as him to lead a band featuring Puar, Oolong, and his baseball team. The possible adventures are endless.

Instead, it seems he only does something when non-fighters need to be transported around.

Well, he and Nappa killed Tenshinhan and the others. Just because Tenshinhan was physically killed by Nappa alone, it doesn't mean that Vegeta is not as responsible.

You mentioned that the Kikoho at the 22nd Budokai didn't really affect his life energy, and his future ones were better handled. What did you think of his 23rd Budokai Kikoho? It falls in the same boat as the 22nd Budokai, in my opinion.

If it were up to me, I'd have the Kikoho strategy actually work at the 22nd Budokai. However, Tenshinhan passes out straight away as he wins the tournament. Therefore, Tenshinhan gets a legitimate victory but still considers Goku the winner.

Well, I barely count that one at all. He doesn't really seem to be putting anything into it. The resultant hole is nowhere near as big as the one he made three years earlier. And it certainly doesn't seem like he's just gotten to the point where it no longer affects him. Earlier in the tournament, when he's fighting Goku, Goku asks him if he's going to use it again, and Tenshinhan says that it's too dangerous for him. So a "real" Kikoho would still drain him... well, as much as the 22nd Budoukai Kikoho would... which is not at all, I guess. I don't know. That's the best I've got.

So I found three interactions between Toru Furuya and Mami Koyama after their divorce.

Dragon Ball: In Episode 68, Yamcha starts to land the helicopter at a base and Lunch asks him why he picked that particular place.

Saint Seiya: Shaina (Koyama) plays a Saint that tried to kill Seiya (Furuya) in the first episode.

Sailor Moon: Esmeraude (Koyama) tells Mamoru (Furuya) that is a very handsome man, to which he responds...

Yamcha’s Epilogue:
Like you, KenKoba1, he has the dilemma of loving women but not being good around them, so he is still wandering blindly in search of the ideal partner he won’t be nervous around. He’s even worked in a host club, but because of his nervousness, it didn’t go well and he was fired. His livelihood is mainly working together with Pu’er as a freelance bodyguard, but he occasionally goes to Tenshinhan’s to help with the farm, as well.

Tenshinhan’s Epilogue:
Stoic Tenshinhan mainly does farming in addition to his training. He can split into multiple bodies and grow extra arms, so harvesting the crops goes quickly. He was found by Lunch, who fell in love with him at first sight and had been constantly pursuing his whereabouts, and even reluctantly lived together with her; but she wasn’t cut out for farming, and Tenshinhan has no interest in romance, so she left after just a few days. After that, it seems Lunch apparently stops in from time to time.

Chiaotzu’s Epilogue:
Naturally, he helps out with farming together with Tenshinhan, but his work utilizing his telekinetic powers has a reputation for its efficiency, and he is hired at an expensive rate by farmers nearby, so he apparently has a surprisingly large amount of money saved away.
