Urameshi is a beyond perfect contender, especially considering the games primary lineup. Yu Yu Hakusho has gotten little (any?) to no recognition via the current generations console line up to my knowledge, and what better time then in the PS3's final bout prior to PS4's release? I'd love to see Urameshi's render using this games graphics, I really like them. Hell, Bobobo would even look cool, but for me Urameshi absolutely fits in the best. Make it happen, universe!

I'd love to see what Bobobo's moveset would be like.

Also an appearance by One Punch Man would be awesome if at all possible.

Is One Punch man a jump comic? That would be awesome too! He'd obviously beat Goku.... in one hit.

It would be like having Alita/Gally in Jump Ultimate Stars. Yes, it would be awesome, but that's very improbable.

Uh...we've heard about this game since like December 2012, and 6 months later we still don't know the release date, have any details on the gameplay, story, and only know 6 characters.

What are they doing? I mean Pokemon X/Y which got announced on January had also a long break from news, but atleast we knew the month it releases since beginning. If they have any problems with finishing this game, it would be better if it wouldn't be announced so early.

Welcome to the life of a Square Enix fan. Been waiting on news for Versus and Kingdom Hearts 3 for 8 years now. Finally got some news this week.

I'd much rather the game not have a finalized release date, just so they can take their time to really fine-tune the game. So many video games fail to live up to their potential due to "meeting the deadline."

Don't compare a Japan-only multiplatform HD game's development to that of a 3DS exclusive entry in a multimillion unit selling global juggernaut. I suspect Game Freak has more staff and resources than whomever is working on this. As for the develooment cycle they may have been caught off guard by some of the results from the polls, and are adding characters they didn't expext to put in this game.

They're only making it worse with people waiting forever for nothing or one/two characters scan each 2 months. At this rate people will forget that such a game is in existence at all.

They didn't even show us how the VITA version looks.

Yes, because Namco will not spend loads of money marketing this in Japan, which btw those semi occassional magazine scans are essentially ads.

I only got round to watching YYH this year and I totally agree that Yusuke at least would be a great contender, this game looks to be shaping up nicely, I wonder if crossover games have ever lured anyone into becoming a Dragon Ball fan. I remember playing Super Smash Bros. and not knowing half the roster and then becoming a big fan of the Starfox series just because I liked the character of Fox in the game.

Expectations are high but as for gameplay all we've seen was just from the trailer and that was pretty short. Although it looked highly exciting to play.
