That would be a shame if that were the case, because his little moment of powering up was pretty cool to me despite the lack of effectiveness. Probably the last time we'll ever see Ultimate Gohan in new material ever again.

Weaker. SSJGSS is simply SSJ with the power of SSJG as Goku put it, so it's not any stronger than the SSJG form in BoGs. It's just Goku using the full power of that form since he likely can't draw out its full power in base, which would explain why a Beerus who was practically half asleep could easily kill Goku and Vegeta with a casual ki blast. If he had the full power of SSJG in base then he surely shouldn't of been so terrified that a ki blast from a Beerus who was barely awake would've killed him considering SSJG is comparable to 70% of Beerus' strength.

I really like your numbers but didn't Whis say Vegeta is one step behind Goku?

Why are you all giving such low numbers to (base) Goku and Vegeta? Beerus clearly says in BoG that Goku's power after absorbing the SSJG power didn't decrease much and base Goku was able to keep up with a 70% Beerus for a while, not to mention that the shot of SSJG Goku in the first chapter of Toyotaro's adaptation is there to very clearly imply something.

I'm sticking to what I said before. SSGSS is just Goku and Vegeta drawing out the full power of SSJG. It's not really stronger than the form in BoGs. It's just that forms full power since I don't think they can draw out its full power in base.

Note that I'm not accounting for their training with Whis between BoGs and RoF. The numbers could be slightly higher for Goku and Vegeta due to said training, but I'm not counting that at the moment as it makes things easier.

Sorbets ring can put down Goku at his most powerful, his ring needs to be on these lists. Also they shoulda mass produced those rings and the Z warriors may have been in big trouble.
