--"F" Kuririn pushes people around with his police scooter.

Look at the slight eyelashes on the side of the eyes. That's a pretty common tell for a female character in a lot of anime/manga, even in Toriyama's art. Also pretty sure that that's Pan. Also certain that it's completely adorable and I approve.
