That dwarf looks more like a Viking though so he could have probably have done with a more Norse looking outfit.
It'd have been cool if all the Gods were made up of pairs with each pair representing a certain mythology. So Beerus and Champa would have been based on Egyptian Gods then another two based on Norse Gods and them another two based on Greek gods etc.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

If I'm not mistaken it was said in one of the tellings (Super, movies or manga) that Beerus was the strongest God of Destruction but others are a lot more aggressive than he is or evil something along the lines of that. I could be wrong but I could have sworn I seen that somewhere.
Xeztin wrote:I like the new designs, the dwarf reminds me of runescape. Is Beerus really supposed to be the strongest?
IMO it would be lame for Beerus to be the strongest, but I suppose it would make Goku/Vegeta surpassing him more surprising.
In episode 53, Gowasu compared SS2 Goku's power to a Hakaishin, so it's possible than maybe at least one of them is pretty weak. I would like them to be a similar levels trough. Toyotaro's manga seems to imply however than Beerus is either more active or more powerful than the rest since he's the most problematic for Goku Black.

I see what you mean, honestly. I am now hoping for a gnome child God of Destruction.
Probably Kanzenshuu's biggest Bulla fangirl. Current avatar: DBU Bulla as Sailor Princess Sadala, based on Sailor Moon: Cosmic Dance
Dragon Ball Ultimate - 74 out of 150 chapters complete JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Action Blue - link Sailor Moon: Mindful of Love - link | Sailor Moon: Cosmic Dance - link
I'd just like to say I'm pleased with this new Hakaishin. He is literally Dain Ironfoot (my name and avatar) LOL and his Angel oddly has facial textures of Thranduil, the Elven King haha. It even could pass as a Gimli and Legolas looking duo!!!
Toriyama is funny...

I'm pretty sure you're wrong. It was said right after the Champa arc that the other GoDs are more violent, but I don't believe any comment has been made of their power compared to Beerus.

That is a relief it might have been a bad translation!

I have always wanted a Pillar Men-like God in Super. I even wrote a story about ancients saiyans that were pretty much like them , being in a pillar state in Planet Salad.
Jaden wrote:Since a new GoD and a new angel are being introduced, how about finding a nice pair of names for them both?
I was thinking - Cogna-sama and his attendant Kvass (since all of the attendants' names end with an S)
Since Toriyama seems to be keeping the Egypcian theme, I'm pretty sure the names will also be alcoholic drinks.

I wonder if working on dragon quest for so long impacted the way Toriyama designs characters? Yes, they were giving him rough drafts (for lack of a better phrase) of what to draw, but drawing those type of characters for years might have had an impact on him subconsciously.

I'm hoping the dwarf has a Ireland accent and I would name the angel Shyne/moonshi (From shine, moonshine) and the dwarf either Jack or Jakk from Jack Daniels as someone said above. But the name scheme seems to be more about a type of liquor more than the name/brand of it so Jack Daniels is probably out of the picture. Especially since it's American. Perhaps a pun off Burbon or Gin.
so if we have tag team battles that means everyone will have his moment....In a 1 vs 1 battle characters like Krilin,Tenshinhan etc would lose easy what i
mean is in tag team battles they will have a longer moment than with 1 vs 1

I didn't thought about that with this concept that makes cheap for Toriyama to create only 5 new designs for the Hakaishin just to do some variations for their twin universe counterpart. Also that attendant looks a straight version of Whis lol

Didn't Black (manga) said Beerus is the most troublesome of all Hakaishin?
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

I think that was probably just something Toyotaro made up, that whole thing didn't make any sense. Why would black have to find a timeline without Beerus when he wouldn't have to deal with him in the first place? All he has to do is kill the Kaioshin and he had to do that in the other 11 universes anyways, so even if Beerus was the strongest or most troublesome he wouldn't need to find a timeline without him.
