I put the DVR numbers in the OP then. They haven't said what the DVR ratings are for Episode 7 or 8?

Damn. That's really good. Way it go Super. Looks like nobody wanted to miss out on Vegeta kicking Beerus' ass.

Yep, Super regained momentum again. Maybe the older fans were awaiting for the "climax" to start? Is it the power of VegeBul?
Either way, the text at the top highlights the increase, and how Super was able to dethrone Yokai Watch.

Here's the full ranking (August 17th - August 23rd):

1 - Dragon Ball Super
2 - Yokai Watch
3 - Doraemon
4 - One Piece
5 - Detective Conan
6 - Arslan Senki
7 - Gintama
8 - OP Episode of Sabo
9 - Laplace
10 - Ore Monogatari

If it was the power of VegeBul, does this mean we might get more? :3

I'd expect with what's about to happen over the next few episodes that the ratings would pick up when compared to the last few but we'll see.

Wow! Can't believe that! 1st!
Hopefully it keeps momentum now that it's approaching the best parts of BoG.

Its possible that some people still didnt know about Super Even though its seems hard.
Or maybe people were waiting for the fights.

Dethrone?! How long Yokai Watch was number one?!

Bra confirmed for Super.

So Sazae-san was not on this week? Sazae-san was always seems to take the #1 spot with ratings. It's pretty much Japan's equivalent to The Simpsons, it's been on the air for so long that people still like to watch it today.

Sazae-san doesn't get high scores on the DVR ratings.

I wish she was. I'm still concerned about her being forgotten by Toriyama or Toei, but with how strong the VegeBul's been, I think she at least has a fighting chance of existing in Super by the time they get to the Uni 6 arc.

She appears in last Kai episodes too. Its not possible for the entire staff forget about her.
Unless Toriyama tell them to forget her, even though I don't see the point of that. :?

Minuscule dip from last week, but all the well, Super is still holding its own very well.

6.1 isn't bad. I hope ratings up for episode 10 because of fight.
