Vegeta did also chop through the lava spit if I'm not mistaken.
Magetta did in no way actually harm vegeta, the issue was the tournament rules. i doubt he could damage ssj vegeta much.
The problem is that magetta is incredibely tough, he is basically a walking tank. He took vegeta's final flash like a boss and didnt crack. This shows that his metal body is insanely tough.
My tier list would be:
Hit
ssgss vegeta/goku
ssj goku/vegeta/cabe
Magetta
Final form frost
Base goku/vegeta/cabe
Assault form frost/Piccolo
.

.
Botamo
Edit;Monaka i didnt add because i got no idea if hes weak or super strong.
The Manga directly supervised by Toriyama is clear, Piccolo looks like shit, the same for Frost compared with SS.
For the canon, the Manga's facts are the way to go.
There's no way in hell Piccolo is stronger that base Goku. I'd say it's more like this :
Goku SS 1000
Goku base 50
Frost 100% 200
Frost exhausted 100
Piccolo 35
Maybe SSBLUE between 5000-10 000

I'm pretty sure Vegeta did he say that he was all power and no speed. That said he did beat on himself which then seemed to make him quicker if I recall correctly.
He doesn't seem to be especially fast though, he mainly just stood in one spot in their fight. He's got a lot of fire power though.
So still no explanation on how these transformation relate to it other I find it weird that they have two SSJ transformations and are still below Beerus. Is this accurate?
SSG=6
SSJ=5-6 (post BOG after absorbing God Ki)
SSB =7-9.9
Beerus = 10
??? Like SSB seems like a 1.5 multiplier. Is that accurate?
I still think the SS (god absorbed) in front of beerus is now becoming the SSBLUE. The actual SS is just the way to have old powers without god. I think it's a big mistake to still compared the SS of BOG arc with the SS of Champa arc. I repeat but the SS with god absorbed is NOW the SSBLUE.

You and me both!
No way they are anywhere near SSGod power. Things might become a little more clearer next episode and maybe that's why crybaby Champa is so upset, because he didn't expect Vegeta and Goku to be God level
Yeah Magetta or Frost are far from the god powers. At best between Buuhan and Vegetto SS (Buu Saga).
Kyabe will understand how the simple SS is an ant compared to the SSBLUE.
Even if you ignore Battle of Gods, Super Saiyan can't be that far off surely.
Base Goku in the Resurrection F saga is stronger than Final Form Frieza who is at least as strong as SSJ3 Goku.
If Super Saiyan then makes him 50x more powerful which looks like it could be a good possibility going by the next episode then how far away could he be from Super Saiyan God level anyway?

It seems Cabba overpowers Vegeta when they use the same forms. Vegeta uses Super Saiyan against normal Cabba, then uses Super Saiyan God power against Super Saiyan Cabba.
The magazine on the episode says they're equal. If one of the translators on the site forums are right.
Yes, they could be fairly even, but judging from the scenes I have the impression Cabba is pushing Vegeta more. Which means Vegeta decides to upgrade in response to the fight, like he did with Frost and Magetta.

Why SS3 Goku? There is a huge difference between SS Gohan and Boo to work with.
Sorbet told Frieza that Goku had even beaten Buu however Frieza was still confident that after 4 months of training he'd be able to beat Goku anyway and had no problem using his Final Form to fight against him.
Wouldn't make sense for him to be weaker than Buu but then go ahead and fight someone whose stronger than Buu.
Technically, that may work backwards too: why would Freeza bother to unlock his Ultimate Evolution - which is, like, massively stronger than any form of Buu - if his Final Form was already >>>> "Buu and Goku" in his mind?
Although I think that unless we have some feats from Buu himself - in which he either beats someone like Frost or gets beaten in turn -, the issue may remain unsolved.
But that's assuming that he was aware of having an Ultimate Evolution when he made that comment. The way it sounded to me when it was mentioned in the movie was that Frieza probably unexpectedly obtained this Golden Form, got excited by how powerful it was and then rushed immediately to Earth.
How did he know it was going to take him exactly four months to obtain a new form? Especially when he'd never even trained before and this form never existed before him?
Not just that but even before he turned Golden he told Goku that he was even stronger than he thought. Well he thought he was stronger than Buu before so now he thinks he's stronger than the Goku whose stronger than Buu.

Considering it's barely even like 5 seconds or so. I wouldn't judge on that. The magazine also said Vegeta would one shot, and he did. So it's likely it's right about them being equal in base. Though we'll see next week what's what anyways.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

Yes, Freeza said he was told Goku had defeated Boo and that he wasn't expecting Goku to be that strong, but Freeza knows Goku was still hiding Super Saiyan. So, it probably means Freeza wasn't expecting Base Goku to match him in his final form and that Super Saiyan Goku is much stronger than Boo.
