I'm interested to know why Gohan's in a track suit. Not a big deal, but maybe he's actually training a little.

Hopefully not. The last movie already shoved in every character to make it one big reunion movie. There's no need for that this time so let this movie concentrate on a smaller cast of characters who actually do something and say more than one line.

That specific post was a joke (I may have also been subconsciously referencing a meme). But why do I post on a movie thread after hearing about the concept and basic plot outline? Why does anyone? To state their opinion. To speculate. To take in the news. Just because I don't like something doesn't mean I have to shut up about it.

Probably not.

Even though they were on the poster they didn't do anything.... Yamcha only had 1 line in the regular edition... less than Oolong

Tenshinhan didn't have a single line.. just a grunt when he got knocked back.

Unless Toriyama really did redesign them into their teens and Shueisha is planning to surprise us with it, I don't think they'll have major roles at all, at least dialogue-wise.

Trunks and Goten are almost always lumped into the main group; their absence has me really curious.

I think they and everyone else will be in it but have a very small role or just a few lines of dialogue cause based on the poster it looks like the movie will focus on who have faced Frieza before.

It will be very interesting to see him but i doubt we will.

What I can't wait to find out is what role Goku,Beerus and whis will play cause the poster gives me the vibe that Vegeta and who's under him will take care of Frieza while those 3 are off doing something else and with an almost 2 hour movie they can have 2 plots going on.

I wonder if they didn't chose which Z Warriors would get a place on the poster based on who will be most relevant in the film, but solely for who was relevant in the Freeza Arc? Though he should technically hate (future) Trunks for killing him, he may actually have more of a desire for revenge for those bastards who thwarted him on Namek since they ruined his plan for immortality in the first place? So, even if we get some decent time with Goten, present Trunks, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, and the other members in the film, perhaps they only wanted the guys Freeza knows who personally screwed him over on Namek for the poster?

Also, we don't know what present Trunks' age will be in ROF. Freeza will probably recognize him, but if he's still kid sized...fun interaction, but I dunno.

I think Kai did this with the whole red and blue colour palette in the background of an eye catch, and I think on the CD releases maybe?

My thoughts on the new website, characters and and else....

The wesite loos good, but I will be disappointed if:

[*]The story will take place on Namek!
[*]At least Goten and Trunks won't make an appearance!
[*]Even though it makes more sense that the green suited guy is Gohan he looks more like Goten, and it definitely makes Gohan a lot younger than BOG/Buu saga self, and I don't like it so much.
[*]Pan and Bra won't make an appearance even being little children in their mom's laps.

For me it's very suspicious that no one is a Super Saiyan. I mean it's obvious that Gohan is Ultimate/Mytic, Goku doesn't need Super Saiyan and has red color in the background, Vegeta has some blue color(I won't be very happy if turns out fot Vegeta to be a blue type God).

I don't really want to watch again a Namek saga, and to like be Vegeta will be the one who kills Freeza. I think Freeza will survive no mather what.

Also, I'm curious about that songs and sound effects. Will they be the same like in the BOG?

Looked carefully at the special items that come with pre-release tickets. Goku's got the new unknown mark and Freeza is wearing something... looks like a sash?



And an unknown thing also exits in one of the layers of Freeza's aura on the official site.
