Just as i said before.
If he trained - he one shots entire DBS in base (except for angels and above of course)
If he didn't train at all - well...he is basically equal to Shadow Dragons saga himself so he gets trashed by Jiren if not Kefla if SFPS4 was just temporary state and his limit breaking power was lost. His lack of god ki wouldn't be any problem because most of enemies didn't have it and except for his fight against Beerus, Goku never really needed it. Zamasu was beaten by Trunks + Zeno anyway.

1. I think ssgod Vegeta would be slightly weaker in terms raw power but still able to to hold his own and eventually win the fight.
2. Base Goku Black in the anime seemed just a bit stronger than ss2 Goku, so I think he would beat them for sure.
3. No offense but this one is a bit silly, although I think Boo would survive the first assaults, regenerate and then absorb Cell.
4. If Goku and Vegeta from Namek arc fused, I don't think their base would beat any version of Cell.
5. Goku Black would win but not easily.
6. I can see a close call, although Kefla would probably win.
7. By in-universe logic, if Nappa somehow grows strong enough to attain ssj3 then he'd easily beat Freeza.
8. I think Freeza would lose.
9. Hit definitely. Trunks wouldn't even touch him in my opinion.

These are fighters from Universe 9, Bergamo is the top leader of the Trio of Dangers, who are apparently the strongest of Universe 9. However, I don't think that's actually the case since Piccolo defeated Bergamo easily, but couldn't do well against Hyssop and Rozel. And Hyssop and Comfrey were the ones who managed to hold their own and fight against Frost better than the others. The Trio of Dangers strength relies more on teamwork, but that doesn't mean that individualy they are stronger. But for you, who do you think would win these matches?

He powers-up, but I don't think that's his full-power. In 128, he gets hit by UI Omen and like pukes and is clearly in pain, then the next episode he has the advantage, before finally having a giant fire ball being implied to be his maximum power, at the end of 129. I definitely don't think what we saw at the end of 126 was Jiren's full-power. He doesn't actually say it is, either. He just says something along the lines of "Watch this!"

Episode 123-126 jiren is NOT beating ssg gogeta from the broly movie. That version of jiren was getting pushed back/frustrated by kkx20 goku and blue evol vegeta. By basic scaling gogeta is way above those levels. Jiren would need to go FP to stand a chance vs God gogeta
