Probably. Each battle will probably have condition like perhaps the Ultimate Gohan vs Buutenks battle will unlock Buutenks. It will probably be like BT1 where certain battles unlock certain characters.

It says "existing" characters...meaning already here, meaning only Gotenks, Vegito, and Gogeta (the only fusions in the show and game) ...This must mean that the what ifs would be new SSj levels of these characters... I can only see the possibility of adult Gotenks, SSj3 Gogeta, or SSj3 Vegito... They are the only logical what ifs....unless the article about the what ifs is fake or unconfirmed. Your thoughts?

You misread the article, it says "fusions of existing characters" not "forms of existing fusions". This means we could see a potential fusion of any two characters on the roster, if the article is right about the what-ifs to begin with. Though I doubt they would make a fusion out kid and teen Gohan or anything, so not exactly any two characters, but you know what I mean.

Only think that concerns me about Hatchiyack is that his ki volley move shoots off super slow, and is a little bulky.

I'm looking forward to Neiz as well, and Dore as long as he has SOME kind of ki attack. I HATE characters with only rush moves.

So it seems. Now you have to traverse a map with selected fighters.

If that's true it rules out adult gotenks, but now goku/gohan potara is possible, other then that I still don't see any other ones that would make since...

About those vids, I didnt watch them all in fact I just skipped around the second one. But anyway that slide across the floor feature was in a video much older than these I think around E3 also the video that showed Gohan against Dabura is probably the demo that we'll be getting sometime this week. I say this because the character selection screen only has SSJ Goku, Kid Buu( though the article said Super or even Fat Buu), Ultimate Gohan and Dabura.

Not that it makes the best sense or anything but I would almost see Vegeta and Trunks...during the Cell fight. Like a what if of SS2 Gohan not being able to finish the job after Goku gets blown up [Trunks not dying of course.]

None that we have seen. The ....."best"[?] they did was a little more rocks breaking up when you fly into something or hit the ground.

I still think you should be able ot knock someone THROUGH a building and not have the whole thing come down.....or for the BIGGER attacks see the beam float off into space.

Son of a B....why can't the ACTUAL gameplay look that amazing? That would have every nay-sayer speechless.

Just a side thought for videos...if its more than a day or two from being uploaded, it's probably been posted. But I have't seen that version of it yet, can't wait for the 'release' of it, instead of someone recording it off of a tv.

Since that intro was about a minute and a half....and the animated special is about 30 minutes....how long do you think it would have taken to make the SPECIAL look like the opening?

Is the release date the 2nd or the 4th? IGN says the 4th but Gamestop says the 2nd.
