Not understanding the Toei VA criticism

These are all secondary characters why wouldn't they use in-house people?

I like them. It will be interesting to see how Bergamo fights and if poison will be legal in the tournament. It's a new trend of Toriyama I'm liking: characters using unfair methods to win.

Why would Goku fight second?

Why would he not? Regardless if he fights second or third, he might lose. Goku has a pretty poor track record against underhanded tactics in general.

Why would Goku fight second?

We don't have any information about the eldest brother and it seems they are going by age.. goku is fighting the posion guy in op so he fights the middle brother..

There are two possibilities here, buu loses to first guy and gohan defeats him but loses to the middle guy.. as buu can't be affected by posion he shouldn't lose to the middle guy..
And Goku will end up taking out 2 warriors himself, which is the boring route..

The 2nd way it could happen is the way I predicted before and goku is caught off guard by the second guy and is a much more interesting outcome than seeing him fight 2/3 of fighters by himself..

That was before his universe was on the line. He also saw how his tactic during the Champa Saga nearly bit him in the ass.

The only thing I don't like about the wolf pack is that they don't even look like a race from another universe but dudes you could find on earth, just look at the dog president, they could be his cousins or something but looking at how Toriyama tends to forget things he probably thinks that animal people is exclusive to other universes or something

Probably an odd thing to pick up, but I did notice the Trio of Danger look more animal like than most of the anthropomorphic characters you find on Earth, mostly due to their legs. Kind of funny though Basil is the only one not wearing any pants. XD

As for Bergamo using poison, I get the feeling that the poison might be something natural rather than a weapon. Maybe he bites or scratches someone. Either way, whoever fights him first is gonna get poisoned, and we saw how that affected Goku and Piccolo earlier.

Why would Goku chose to go second. He would want to go first if anything. They know the rules because their told the universe will be destroyed in Episode 78.

Why would Goku chose to go second. He would want to go first if anything. They know the rules because their told the universe will be destroyed in Episode 78.
