HMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! I'm still keeping Krillin at 75,000 though. Gohan jumped to a rather high level prior to his Zenkai so it's only natural that Krillin would thanks to that potential unlock. Plus, I have a hard time believing Krillin surpassed Tenshinhan without that boost.
I have him at 200K at minimum. He's suppose to be of help against Freeza.

My new current list
Battle Power Guide

Dragon Ball Power Levels
Dragon Ball Z Power Levels
Dragon Ball GT Power Levels
Power Increases

Oozaru: 10x base
Kaioken: This technique increases the users power level based on the number of times it is stacked. Standard Kaioken will raise the users power level by 1.5x.
FSSJ: 25x base
SSJ: 50x base. This form's multiplier becomes very flexible after mastering SSJ.
SSJG2: 1.5x SSJ
SSJG3: 2x SSJ, this form is incredibly slow so it is impractical in battle.
RESSJ: 10x base, this form is achieved after training yourself to maintain the SSJ form as if it were your base form.
LSSJ: 2x SSJ. This forms Ki constantly grows. This however can be a hindrance to the body. If the users body cannot handle the overflow of Ki, he must expel it from his body.
Powered Up: 2-9x base for Saiyans. This state is only attainable after attaining FPSSJ. This state takes a portion of the persons SSJ energy and powers the base form up.
FPSSJ: 5x RESSJ.
SSJ2: 2x SSJ or FPSSJ/100x base.
SSJ3: 4x SSJ2/400x base.
SSJ God: 400,000x base after it's absorbed.
Golden Oozaru: 500x base
SSJ4: 4,000x base
Fusion Dance: Both power levels must be equal. A + B x 5. If the fusees are rivals: A + B x 50
Potara Earring fusion: A x 100. Divide the multiplier by the difference in power levels. If the fusees are rivals: A x 1,000
Zenkai: Zenkai's are special power ups Saiyan's receive after healing from near death injuries. In the Early parts of the series, Zenkai's shot up a persons power by a random number. These increases, however, became infinitesimally small or just straight up disappeared after the Saiyans learned how to turn into Super Saiyans. Broly, for some reason, seems to be the only exception to this rule.

Also, what the hell with those new BPs?!
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

That seems a little high.
To quote someone from another forum:
Chapter: 282 (DBZ 88), P15.1
Context: talking to Goku
Vegeta: “You seem confident after becoming so overwhelmingly strong, but you absolutely can’t win against Freeza like this! Not unless you were immortal! You don’t understand a thing about how fearsome Freeza is!”

Chapter: 283 (DBZ 89), P1.1
Goku: “I think that I’ve gotten pretty strong, if I say so myself…But you’re saying that I still absolutely can’t beat Freeza…!?”
Vegeta: “That’s right. If you want to fight him, you’d better prepare yourself. Freeza’s strength is most likely far beyond your imagination…”

If Vegeta felt Kaio-ken Goku's power against Ginyu (180,000), then this would mean Krillin (and Gohan) must be above 180,000 as well, which is clearly far out of Ginyu's reach.

Vegeta was confident in their ability to fight Freeza along side of Vegeta. Krillin and Gohan's power up was also still taking effect, as noted by Vegeta when he claimed their power was increasing.

They're not from the Daiz? Knew it. New levels:

Vegeta- 450,000
Gohan- 400,000
Krillin- 300,000

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Don't you think the gap from Vegeta and Freeza is a little big? Freeza did have to put effort in that little struggle.

500K seems more fitting.

Freeza wasn't at full power yet so 450,000 could work. I think it's 480,000.

He did, but when they bounced back Freeza was completely unfazed and calm while Vegeta was huffing and puffing and talking about how he'd need tons of help to win. I think if anything I have it too small.

500 I don't think fits at all for the disparity shown.

Why wasn't Freeza at FP there?

He gets shocked by Vegeta not only catching his punch but managing to hold him off. Krillin even wonders why Freeza is still calmed.

He was at full power, but the struggle obviously was not hard for him, given his calm composure and Vegeta's huffing and puffing and panicking.

I take it you don't remember the part where Freeza powers up and blows off his armor?

That list seems pretty legit, even w/o V-Jump numbers. I approve. I wanna use these numbers

Oh I am. He wasn't far off his full power, which is why that power up was nothing special. While it's not directly stated that he got a little stronger, Gohan and Vegeta were a little worried when he did that.

Yeah, wow. Those levels are just... wow. A few don't even make sense (outside of their size) like base Future Trunks being at 3 billion when he returns home after the Cell games, and yet still being required to use Super Saiyan to defeat 17 and 18 who are in the 400 millions....

<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.
