You're really underestimating Piccolo IMO. He trained with a guy stronger than him for 3 years and got much, much bigger gains than even Gohan training TWO guys stronger than him for 3 years. Nobody's power grows faster than Piccolo's. Which is honestly why I feel Base Saiya-jins > Piccolo is ridiculous nowadays. He should be on par with FP Perfect Cell in the Boo Arc, not below the Base Saiya-jins.

Nail was "astonished" by Piccolo's power. Why would he be astonished by the power of someone much weaker than him?

Not to mention Goku only went from like 260 to 910 from 3 years of God's training. Tenshinhan who has LESS potential went from 250 to 1,830 in one year. Increases are what the plot dictates.

Theoretical SSjin 4 Vegetto (Z) vs. Yi Xing Long

If Vegetto can't win, then Yi Xing Long can eat the Dragon Balls and transform getting a 10x boost (or what it is according to the dragon himself.)

I have him at 12,000 fusing with Nail at 100 to jump up to 1,200,000.

Boo's regeneration is better than Cell's regeneration, but Cell is a much smarter and craftier opponent, so he might be able to figure out a way around it. Could go either way, I think.

Earth fighters are generally much more skilled and capable with their power than your average space-thug like Raditz. Yamcha takes it despite his not-even-noticeable power disadvantage.

No offence but I think you're underestimating how freakishly powerful Yi Xing Long was. If it wasn't for everybody being protected by Toei's typical "characters can survive ANYTHING if the plot requires it" bullshit he'd have killed everybody in two seconds. Super Vegeta-Baby was stated by Goku to be the greatest Ki he's ever felt, putting him above Super Vegetto already. Then he transformed again and still wasn't able to hurt SSjin 4 Goku in the least.

Si Xing Long had an edge over a far stronger SSjin 4 Goku, and Yi Xing Long killed him with an uncharged finger beam, then did what was implied to be a gargantuan (at least double or triple his previous power) power-up on top of what he was already at. Then he ate the Dragon Balls and became ten times stronger on top of THAT. Vegetto may have been a top tier character in Z but he's been surpassed by many characters in GT IMO, especially Yi Xing Long who is worlds above everybody but Gogeta (and even then, Vegeta at one point told Goku to fuse with him and then go SSjin 4, which implies even a SSjin 3 Gogeta can't defeat him.)

Vegetto is Goku x Vegeta. At the absolute minimum, that's about 3,000,000 times roughly 2,300,000, or six trillion. Add on Super Saiyan and it's three hundred trillion.

In addition, that requires Vegeta, training by himself, to get around one hundred million times stronger between the end of Buu and beginning of GT.

I say thee nay.

Android #16 Vs Cell

How do you think the fight would've ended up if the other Androids weren't there for Cell to focus on?

Like with 17 and 18, Android 16 has infinite stamina. Cell doesn't. It'd be like 17 vs Piccolo all over again, wherein if the latter can't take the former out quickly enough, then they're going to be worn down and eventually lose.

I'd assume you mean "with Ki absorbed from various humans." How many humans are we talking about? A dozen or so normal people isn't going to make a difference in his power, but if he keeps going around and sapping Ki from entire cities' populations like Cell did then he could become very powerful.

Normally, I have him and King Cold rivaling each other in power.

2. Kibito Vs Android 17

Kibito was only in roughly the same ballpark as Gohan's base form, whereas Android 17 has enough power to slap around Super Saiyans. 17 wins easily.

3. Piccolo Fused with Kami Vs Android 18

Piccolo was already strong enough to fight and potentially kill Android 17. 18 would still be a very tough fight for him, but he'd win for sure.
