Did FUNimation overstep their bounds?

This thread wouldn't have gotten derailed into a discussion of Goku's character as a person in the Japanese version versus the American version had FUNimation not overstepped their bounds and just translated the show the way they were supposed to.

But this thread wouldn't have existed anyway and we'd all be discussing Goku's character in other threads anyway. :lol:
