What the hell are you talking about? In the anime, we see baby Goku arriving on Earth. In Jaco The Galactic Patrolman, we see a 2-year-old Goku, who wasn't a baby, but a boy that could walk & fight.
There's time when SSJ had different hair(*Cough* SSj2 Gohan or SSJ Gohan vs Dabura*Cough*). Yet we don't same it breaks canon. It's HAIR not like he was white in BoG and Black in the special. Vegeta could have easily got his hair cut off or it was still growing. Also the special came out BEFORE Vegeta made the statement about hair. Sorta like the whole "If you die when you die you cease to exist" type of thing. Would't call it a plot hole. More or less more examples of Toriyama writing as he goes along. Hell compare Kid Goku's hair to Adult Goku's. They look different. At times they look the same(Even the manga). But they're are time when Kid Goku has more hair and is wilder than Adult Goku. So perhaps Vegeta hair as a kid also got "wild" at times.
The hair definitely aren't different because of different art style though.
Going by how Kishimoto conduct his interviews(Just read the majority of them) he tends to be a little smart-assish. Not a douche. But more or less a cool smartass that you could hang with. He would most likely say "Naruto likes to tries his hardest to be the best! He's a very strong genin and will always strive to be Hokage!". Sounds pretty similar to what Toriyama said IMO.
Well, I disagree that Kishimoto would can Naruto "a very strong genin" without mentioning that he is on Jounin level, if he was asked about his power.

Toriyama was asked about Bardock's power. If Bardock was mid-class power-wise, he would have said so.
Exactly. Never had a Saiyan showed mercy and had a "Heart". More or less they was assholes who fight and killed. Also correct Son Gohan replaced them. But Goku didn't get his "Good-ness" from his mother. Gohan taught him.
I believe that Goku's good side came both from his mother and Son Gohan's teachings. Gohan & Goten are also pure-hearted after all, which seems to come both from Goku and their family teachings.

Also, Vegeta stopped being an asshole later without hitting his head. Same with Tarble.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. I said changing Goku's age would't hurt anything. Then I said Goku was the same size anyways. So it would't really matter. Just change his age and BAM everything goes perfectly fine.
DBZGTKOSDH wrote:The hair definitely aren't different because of different art style though.
Could possibly. I mean SSJ Kid Gohan hair changed a few times and I think Toriyama changed Teen Gohan SSJ2 design. Though I might be thinking of something else.

Have you ever read a Kishimoto interview? He would give a smartass answer like that.

But I guess we to agree to disagree.

I don't understand you with this, at all. In the anime, Goku arrives as an untrained baby, but in Jaco, Goku arrives as a trained boy. It's not just the age that is different, everything about Goku is different.

:eh: When did Toriyama change any of the hairstyles?

1. I said just change Goku's age. And since a 2 year old can logically do more than a 0 year old then of course he can do more. I'm saying just change stuff around and Bardock special still works. Hell it makes Selypia line and Bardock line make more sense.
Selypia: Don't you have a son
Bardock: Yea..but that was a long time of go(Though I'm sure he meant Raditz).

Bardock checks on his kid. Gets disappointed by his "training" results. Then the special plays out the same. Not that much changed to be honest.

2. I must have been thinking of a different anime or manga then.

This still is a different story from the TV Special. By making changes, I can even fit GT in the DBO continuity, and the movies in the main continuity. But things don't work like this.

Really not that different honestly. Just change Goku's age. Then you're done. Bardock would still have those visions and he would still chant KAKAROT while dying/going to past. Don't see how it's hard to make it fit. When it's easy.

Now all we need to know is who Vegeta's mother was, and the circle will be complete. When I left you, I was but the learner. Now I am the master!

Even she doesn't seem to remember it, since even her husband just calls her "18".

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

I keep thinking there's got to be something more to Gine (Ghine? Ghiné?) than "Gohan, only female". It makes her seem the type of boring-moé-character (which is kinda weird for DB, but then there's ssjg Gokû who is adorable so where am I to talk). If she is where a lot of Gohan's personality traits were inherited, I hope she's also as nerdy/dorky as Gohan and his Great Saiyaman-ness is; that could be fun. But yeah, with what information there is at this point in time and with the amount of time I've had so far to think on it, Ghiné and Bardock's relationship feels like Gohan and Piccolo's relationship what with the personality types, only instead of student and martial arts teacher it's team-mates, and where Piccolo becomes like an uncle to Gohan, Ghiné and Bardock fall in love and have sex.
On hiatus.

To be honest... who cares about his mother...? I don't want to see female Sayajins. I don't care about them. I don't care about Pan and Vegeta's daughter or there mothers... Who gives a damn about them....? A little side story in a magazine would be enough... actually that's even too much.

yeah? .ok..
At least six: a primitive Female Saiyan in King Kai's story, Selypa, 3 unnamed Saiyan ladies in a bar in the Bardock special, and a Female Saiyan in King Vegeta's crew.
Two of the three Saiyan ladies in a bar have their face not well shown (from back or hidden by another character):
