I find it funny that Yamcha is described as a "bad boy who has no trouble attracting women". Ugh, there's so much wrong with these descriptions. No Kuririn at all?

Anyways, I can at least expect to have a good laugh and see pretty colors for two hours.

[GOHAN] Goku's kindly, wise grandfather, he looks like he's in his 70s but moves like Jet Li.

This can't be serious. I understand these descriptions aren't supposed to be the most detailed thing on the planet, but I could have done better than "moves like Jet Li".

There's so much material in here that two podcast episode could cover it. Even though there's little chance of that happening.

That's the beauty of it! Namek ninjas are SO stealth, that they grow giant, and sneak up on you in the bushes.

Wow. I really desperately hope that's someone's idea of a sick joke because if that's the real plot, any slim hope we had of this movie being halfway decent has just died.

Man with all the superhero movies out, I thought this would be a great time to make this film. But with this lame director and plot I rather this movie not be made at all.

Original storyline is one thing.

Taking extreme liberties with the characters backgrounds, personalities, and histories is another altogether.

We don't need Goku as an unpopular kid in high school.
We need the Z senshi fighting a new evil that's threatened to destroy the Earth.

"Their own route" for me would be like what they did in the PSP dbz games.

Ok I looked at this page and the first thing that came to my mind when seeing the Goku being at school (wtf?) was "Ah, this is a joke bios about this new Director not being a good choice" so I look upwards and I don't see anything that supports that (the guy posting this news even said hes not into Dragon Ball) and then my reaction was "Oh shit, what have they done?"
